Unbelievable to say the least. I suggested to friends we dine here after seeing Jonah's on MasterChef earlier in the year and was blown away from the moment we walked in the door through to when we departed.
The staff were extremely knowledgeable, attentive and true professionals (especially the Sommelier - a German gentleman) but they were over shadowed by the food. I believe they have a new chef who has previously worked at Bilson’s & El Bulli (not a bad resume with El Bulli a previous winner of the World’s best restaurant). I had the scallops for entree and duck for main and couldn’t fault either. The entire group will be back soon and will book earlier to ensure we get a window seat as we missed out due to booking late.

What a great restaurant in Bondi. I dined here as a group of 4 and all of us will be back. The staff were busy but attentive and food was very tasty and looked great on the plate. My only criticism is that the restaurant was slightly cramped but hey its Sydney, and more importantly Bondi. We had a sneaky look at the breakfast menu and will try it next I think.

I recently had breakfast here on a very wet and miserable day. Whilst there was a gas heater on in the section I was in it was still very chilly. The food, however, was very nicely presented and tasted great. The disappointing part of the meal was my coffee took 40 minutes to arrive. Whilst the restaurant was approx 70% full, 40 minutes was far too long.

Wow! What a restaurant. I took my fiancée here on our 1st weekend away and had their degustation menu with matching wines and can recommend it to anyone. The staff are all extremely professional and after dining at most of the Gold Coasts 'best' restaurant am happy to say Fins at Kingscliff is the best within at 90 minutes drive. The staff told me Steven Snow wasn’t there when we dined, so I can only imagine how it would be when he is in the kicthen.
