I don't get why people rave about this place. I've been there on many occasions and am always disappointed.

Food on the train is cold, worse than what you would buy in a food court, and looks like its gone round and round all day. I've ordered off the menu as well which was cold and meh. Freshness defs lacking. I agree with 3ss3nc3, if you go after lunch you will be massively disappointed.

Been to parramatta sushi bay too which is the same disappointment. Sushi train is wayyy better. Make the drive to chatswood you won't be disappointed there!

Sukiyaki style wagyu beef with rice is my absolute favourite. $15.80 and it is amazzzinnnggg! I love this place, started becoming a friday lunch time regular just for the beef. Had the teriyaki chicken, and the teriyaki salmon as well, both excellent. gyozo is awesome too. Definitely try it!
