We have driven past this place often since it opened and everytime we said we should try it. Your review prompted us to go that night. Their choice of premises is not great as seating is not ample.

Ambience is good and the place has a buzz about it. Prices were reasonable and the burgers were good but I would not say the flavours were unique given the claim that they have travelled the world looking for gourmet burgers. By the way, you will struggle to find burgers in Greece and you certainly would not find lamb. Greek establishments in Australia serve a lot of lamb, but in Greek you will find a lot of pork but little lamb - E3 for a substantial gyro.

The only minor criticism I have of the burger lounge is that if you are going to employ young people to serve in restaurants, it doesn't mean you can't train them properly. When we sat on a table that was just vacated, she cleared the table but left us to wipe it ourselves with a serviette.

Surprisingly good quality food and extensive wine list by the glass. However, prices are more restaurant than cafe level. We did noticed a few people come and sit down and leave again after reading the menu. Overall we loved it.

Went there last night last minute catch up with friend from interstate staying there. Service was excellent by all staff. Food was good but hard to justify the $70 buffet price tag. But the difference is you don't get the variety ordering a la carte. The trick is to take one of everything to take in the variety. We would definitely go back again.

Went there a couple of weeks ago during the week. I must say the food has really gone down hill. My lamb shank was tiny on a bed of mash and that was it. It tasted re-heated. Just as well we had a voucher which relieved the pain on the wallet somewhat.

We ate here during the week. This is not your typical Malaysian cafe. The food is better than average in terms of authenticity but price of food and drinks are up there. I struggled with rating this restaurant. So the best way to recommend this restaurant is to say it depends on the dining experience you are looking for. If you are typical Malaysian where quality and authenticity is your main criteria, then don't bother.

But if you are Anglo or Anglosized Malaysian and looking for a good dining experience with Malaysian food, and you are used to Anglo restaurant prices, then this the place for you. The wine list matches the better Anglo restaurants in the City but so does the price. For me, I enjoyed the night and the service was good. The waiter asked if we would like the whole snapper cut up for us. I noticed at the next Anglo table, he did it as a matter of course. That's smart waitering!

Price for the night was $190 for 2 entrees, 4 mains, coffee, a bottle of wine, couple of soft drinks.

We went to this restaurant for Yum Cha recently. If ambience and location is important to you, this restaurant is for you. However, I always believe the food must be the most important criteria. This is where it falls down badly. For a restaurant that charges higher than average, the Yum Cha dishes were very unimaginative. The flavours were quite ordinary. It did not help that we were seated upstairs so they have to carry a selection of dishes upstairs.

I had to request for specific dishes to be brought up. If you were not familiar, you would only get half a dozen dishes. We were also dissappointed that we were seated upstairs even though I booked on Wednesday, the restaurant was not full. I won't be eating there again.

Despite the mixed reviews, we decided to check this place out ourselves. I must say we had an excellent dining experience. It was a Sat night and even though I only booked on Wed, we got a nice corner table. The waiter was helpful with the menu and after we ordered asked the wine waiter to assist with the wine selection which turned out a great choice that we ask for it to be written down for us at the end of the meal.

We had the scallop and quail for entree, the quail was excellent but the scallop was to die for. Mains were the eye fillet and whole snapper which we both loved and barely managed to finish. Wouldn't have minded the mains to be smaller as we wanted to have 3 courses and we hate wasting food. We compromised on dessert with a shared plate because we were too full otherwise would have gone for the chocolate.

Service was excellent throughout. Price was on the high side but we didn't mind as it was a special occasion. Would definitely consider going back on the next special occasion.
