Made an appointment. Waited for 20 minutes, and realised that the hairdresser still had another 5-10 minutes before she finished.

Disgraceful! Whats the point of making an appointment if you have to wait That long. Other hairdressers, I've waited no more than 10 at the most. Won't be going here again.

If you wonder why this place has hardly anyone in it, its because of the food and hygiene. The food was below average, actually the worst I have had. The cups and cutlery etc all smelled mouldy, and it wasn't even dry! I will never go back here again.

Be careful of your deposit! Make sure if you have a big group that you ensure they deduct your deposit from the final bill! I forgot to do this, and had so much trouble in getting my refund. Even though the manager stated they refunded me, they never did, nor did they return any more of my calls, emails, etc. So basically they took a $150 tip! Very horrible management at this place. Beware.
