Every single time a great experience! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by their friendly staff and you feel welcome. The portions are usually bigger than other places and you can order a entree bowl plus a salad (which in my opinion are the best around) and you have a great meal!

I highly recommend the tandoori chicken for entree as it comes with a tasty pineapple salsa and yogurt, the paella is the best I ever tasted, a lot better than the ones I had in Spain. If you go for breskfast try The local for a huge portion, coffees are always great. This is one of my favorites, I like it so much that once I had dinner there 3 times in the same week.

Last Sunday I invited a couple of good friends for breakfast at this place. We were so excited, we planned to have Breakfast, do the weekly grocery shopping and hang out a little for more coffees.

Unfortunately, the italian waiter treated us like shit and rushed our experience. We had to sit down, order and eat in 30 minutes. Very disappointing! Such a fantastic place, with great concept and the unhappy staff ar extremelly unprepared to serve customers.

Manager didn't charge the coffee, trying to make up to us, but we all felt upset for the whole morning and wouldn't recommend for the people we care about.

One of my favorite places in Balmoral, beautifully decorated, great music and nice staff. I love to read the papers and have a big coffee in there. Avoid Saturdays it is sooo busy.

I had a great lunch time with my boyfriend last Sunday, the meat was great and we had a nice salad. The only problem are the smokers in the open area and by the time I was there it had like 150 japaneses each one with their steak, so it was pretty messy and not very organized.
