Recently my friend and I redeemed a Jumponit.com voucher at the Zanzi Bar. I rang during the day to book and was told I didn't have to because it was a midweek. My friend and I were not happy when we arrived and found most of the tables upstairs booked. We settled for downstairs and after our meal, our tapas plates and glasses were never removed. I have to take them up to the bar myself so that my friend and I could chat to each other. The food was really good and the entertainment was fun. I must admit that I won a free drink. Just not impressed with the staff... except for the guy with the mic!

My mate lives across the road and discovered this place about a year ago. According to reviews, it seems like we found it at a good time. The $10 meals are generous and worth it when we don't have the cash. Except... I prefer the bartender of an evening. :) Bit more of a smile.

Went with a friend for cocktails and a few munchies. Funky couches, loved the relaxed atmosphere. Need to try movie night next time!

We ate at this place after I purchased a deal on jumponit.com. I think the deal was $50 for about $100 worth of food. Drinks were not included. It was a 3-4 course meal for two people. Although the tables were not 'reserved' we were placed in a cramped area near the door. It was early in the evening and already busy. The food was delicious but came out quite quickly. We were finished well within an hour. I do not think they were too impressed when all we 'paid' for was a few cokes.

We have been to Torino's 3 times and ordered delivery to our apartments three times. The service and food instore was excellent. We especially loved the salads. The first delivery was good, on time and nice yummy warm pizza.

The third time was different. My boyfriend moved about two blocks from his past apartment. When I called to order delivery, the lady on the phone said we lived too far away. We live in Marrickville, which is advertised as a place of delivery on their flyer. I told her that we had ordered before and there was no problem. She wanted to charge me for delivery, even though we were purchasing a more expensve deal. She did not believe me and left me on hold whilst she asked the boss. I waited for ages until she return. No apology. We haven't ordered delivery since.

We like the layout, except it is always so noisy no matter what time we go there. The first time we went the lettuce in the salad was old and had gone dark. It was replaced with more of the same lettuce, but the meat was nicely cooked. My partner and I go there for the enormous sundae dessert. It's our highlight of Hog's.

The food is still relatively good here, but as time has passed, the decor isn't that great. I miss the lounges at the front and the music doesn't appeal at all.

Went there Wednesday for lunch. Have been there on several occasions. Food was good and drinks were a good value in a jug. My salad was nice, but my friend got some kind of rice/cheese balls (snack for two) which left a lot to be desired.

The drinks we ordered we great, however, due to a function we were told to move from one table to another and then about 20 minutes later told to move to another. Currently my partner can hardly walk which made the moving difficult. The young table wiper was rude to us in front of his manager. Not a pleasant experience. I'd recommend the bar/tapas place '2230' a few blocks away!
