Glass is one of the absolute top restaurants in Sydney. Although some would consider it a bit pricey I still think it is good value. Was recently there on a week night and had the Wagyu bresaola with fresh pear and parmesan, followed by the sticky pork belly with chargrilled cuttle fish and pickled papaya and cucumber. As a main I had the John Dee fillet with truffled porcini soft polenta and finished off with some amazing cheeses. Always a pleasure, and I will be back again soon.

Was back at the Fish last week in five ways and thoroughly enjoyed the food yet again. The mixture of textures and flavours that these guys achieve with their simple concept is outstanding. One of my favourite places in the Eastern suburbs.
