A long time ago (late 1970s), this space was occupied by a fruit and vegetable shop run by a really nice couple from Argentina. It's since been a fish and chip shop and a real estate agent, and it's now the very nice Edmonds and Greer Cafe and Giftshop.
I have nothing but good things to say about my dining experiences here, with great food and good coffee served up on each visit. A special mention to the staff member named Angela, who, on every visit, has been extremely patient with my rather demanding kids, and has consistently provided friendly and efficient service. I believe she has owned a cafe in the past and has cooked for some famous people, so little wonder she's very good at what she does.

I took my wife there for dinner as we wanted to go to somewhere different that was out of our area. Wow, the food here was a pleasant surprise. Great quality, nicely presented, better than many hatted places we've been to. The service was ok but nothing special. The place is crowded and quite noisy but it makes for a fun, relaxed night and is a lot more chilled than the more upmarket places where you are almost expected to remain silent. I'd love to go back soon.

High quality food and decent service in a very nice location. It's very expensive though and cost my wife and I $77.00 which is almost double what yum cha costs us elsewhere. Really nice, but too expensive.

I'm a supreme-with-anchovies type of bloke, and I think I've just found the world's best example of it. It's as though the ingredients are all freshly prepared, rather than just straight out of a plastic bag. The flavours are just awesome and remind me of old fashioned pizzas I had as a kid. They are superb.

Very nice pies with an amazing variety of fillings. Very pricey but a cut or two above normal pie, $5.20 for a potato pie and $2.60 for a can of Coke. That's expensive in anyone's language. I was warned that the pie was only luke warm, but it ended up being almost cold.

This place will give the Pizza Hut a run for it's money in Mortdale, as the pizzas are of a high quality and delivery is priced quite reasonably. My only gripe is that the Greek Salad came without a dressing, and ordering over the website is a bit clunky.

Went here with a mate for a few beers and pizzas. Great food, top value and friendly staff. What more could you want apart from more places like this in Cronulla.

I went here in early December 2009 as part of a group of 8 people. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this place is licenced. Having bought a bottle of wine with me I also found out that it's BYO for wine, which was good.
I ordered a large pizza and, due to its size, I couldn't finish it. All other meals were also quite large. They were also only okay. My pizza was curiously tasteless (half supreme, half nepolitana), although the base was excellent. My wife said a similar thing about her salmon. Other peope also rated their meals as only mediocre.
The service was good, with the waitstaff being quite friendly and on the ball. The ambience was nice, plenty of people but plenty of room and not too noisy. Many Italian restaurants have you packed in like sardines and are really noisy. This place has the balance just right.
All up, a really enjoyable place but the food was a bit of a let down.

What's with the low score for this place? I went there for lunch and the food was delicious, the service fast and friendly and to top it off you can buy a beer. I wish there was one of these places near my house.

Had lunch on a Monday with my 8 month pregnant wife as I'm on holidays for the week. We shared the mezze plate and then shared the Parlo burger.
The food was quite good, mezze plates always look smaller than they are and by the time we'd finished it we were quite full. It included very nice salt and pepper squid and prawns among other things. The burger was quite nice, as good as a burger can be I guess.
The service was extremely friendly with some very nice, genuine, helpful wait staff. No complaints, so we'll be back.
