Lunch on a sunny Saturday, everything was lovely. Food is freshly prepared with quality ingredients, you can really taste the freshness. Great flavour combinations, friendly service and very nice ambience. Will definitely be back.

Woeful... rude & dismissive service aside, the seafood on their seafood souvlaki was as old as the hills, really smelly too. Didn't touch it, not that the waiter noticed/cared. never again.

Always a delight to dine here. Food and service are excellent, been several times, both for lunch and dinner. Very consistent. Yum.

We are regulars for Sunday lunch, great atmosphere. You do pay for the location but I think compared to other venues at Cockle Bay/King St Wharf, this is pretty much on the mark in terms of food and service which is simple, unpretentious and welcoming.

Corporate lunch - 15 people. Couldn't fault anything. All dishes were cooked to perfection, service was faultless, ambience to die for. Definitely be back.

I have been to Inspa several times over the last 10 years (mainly because I receive gift vouchers as birthday/Christmas presents). One thing rings true about this place each time I visit... just how overpriced all the treatments are. The surroundings are lovely and their beauty therapists are polished and well groomed but at the end of the day, they are slugging their customers for pretty basic treatments that cost 1/2 the price elsewhere. Oh and don't be pushed into the post-treatment sell. Each time I have been they have pushed their over priced products on me, each time I say no and turn to leave while the girls on reception burn my back.

Are the below reviewers dining at the same place I have been for the last 6 months?! Not my choice mind you, I have been coming here every Sunday almost for awhile, tried most things on the menu. Everything I have tried is either overcooked or ingredients are not fresh and the last straw was when I bit into my chicken burger to find that I had bitten into a large blood filled vein. Disgusting. No more chances.

The biggest clue to what kind of food you're going to get is to check out the kitchen. Is it manned by people who look like they care what they're serving up? Professional, neat, fast working? Definitely not at Rocksia.

The difference, perhaps, with Yiamas and alot of other places locally (particularly in Newtown), is that you are made to feel welcome. The food is simple but they use fresh ingredients which makes all the difference in my opinion. It's a relaxing yet fun atmosphere, everyone has a great time no matter your background or age. I love this place!

We stumbled on the Observer by mistake, we were hungry so thought we would give their food a go. They serve simple meals, anyone expecting restaurant quality will be disappointed. We had the chicken caesar salad, burger and fish and chips. Nice but nothing extraordinary. However, we were very disappointed with the prices charged. I realise this is a tourist spot but they should be mindful that locals visit the Rocks too and will avoid places like these if the prices do not reflect what is served (both food and drink).

Just like everyone else has said, there are so many pluses to this place. Mainly its location & self serve style which means the snobs and 'too hard to please' locals stay away. it's restaurant quality food at reasonable prices, great kids menu, excellent priced drinks, wonderful relaxed atmosphere. Need I go on ? Love it ! I try to visit whenever I can.
