I arrived hoping the best after I bought a voucher online, unfortunately, I obly read the reviews afterwards. I have the Living Social app on my phone that displays the voucher to be redeemed. Upon showing this to the receptionist, she refused it, stating I needed to print it. I asked if I could email her the voucher so she could print it right there, which she also refused. She also refused to call her manager until I insisted. Whether she actually called her is debatable. She was so unhelpful and rude that at this point I wasn't about to trust her or anyone in that shop with my hair.

Appalling attitude and zero customer service. Talk about wasting my time money! Thankfully another salon nearby was friendly and accommodating and took great care of me. Happy to pay full price if the service is good, and I won't ever be going to Nivine at a discount.

Dear Customer,

Once you have purchased the voucher online, it says "Click here to print this voucher". Once you have clicked on this, it says " You will need to bring this voucher and your Photo ID".

The company itself does not allow us to perform any service without a print-out of the voucher. I apologize if the girls failed to explain this to you properly, but it isn't our rule.

Also, we do not actually have a printer in the salon, as all paperwork is done via our office. Sorry for the misunderstanding and if you would like to be compensated for this, then we are more than happy to help.

Went back here after not having been for over a year. Terribly disappointing. Sausages and bacon appeared to have been microwaved and the roast tomato was 2 small slices, perhaps, slightly warmed on a hot plate? Will not return. Overpriced for the poor quality.
