Senior staff was rude, because we had kids. Said we could dine if they didn't jump around. Should have known then, we stayed and suffered. Poor service, some food nice, some very poor. Staff don't understand english properly. Very pushy and trying to oversell, not very relaxing. My kids have eaten in better restaurants than the senior staff in the cheap suit.

Only had risotto, was ok. Place is a little tired. Nice staff.

I found the food to be of a high standard, compared to the "pretend Italian food" out there. The kitchen is in full view, so I could see how the food is made and the cleanliness. This place is still going strong and is very consistent. Owners are very fussy about what they serve and have got some new young friendlier staff.

Walked out, could not get served. Staff were too busy eating their own lunch. I don't know why we went back. Should have known from last time. Laksa was very poor and nothing in it (foodcourt food is tastier). Service is very slow, even when the place is rather empty. They leave all the dirty plates on the tables of the customers that have left the cafe.

When you charge these prices, you should be more attentive. The better restaurants leave you for dead. Portions to small for these prices, you would make more money in the long run, if you actually made people want to come back. Food was of very good quality and flavour. Place looks really elegant. The manager should not ignore new customers and just focus on regulars (get more staff?).

How they got a hat, is beyond me. Good food in a terrible room, served by people who are cafe waiters at best. A lot better places you can eat for the ok offerings in 80's acceptable surroundings. Calamari very average.

Crap and dear pies. Dirty glasses and menus. The place has no soul. Staff are plentiful and useless. Great beer.

Hyped place again, good to have mates in the media. Place is drafty and cheap, except for what you pay for average and poorly presented food. Floor staff are trendy and useless. Should be called "dills".
