I have only ever had the delivery so can't comment on the ambience but the pizza's are reasonable quality for the kind of thing they are, ie they aren't sloppy, they taste good. They're not 'italian' pizzas (2 or 3 toppings) but for aussie pizza's, not bad at all. Delivery's have been on time, pizza's warm. No complaints. We've been in the area for about 8 weeks and don't feel the need to try any other delivery.

We ordered 2 pizza's pick-up. 30 minutes. No problems. Originally we ordered 3 - price they gave was $68 so we said errr...ok...2. On arrival I noticed the most expensive pizza was $22 so doesn’t know how they managed to get $68.

So, I walk in slightly late - 35mins - say my name, 2 pizzas ordered. The guy grunts and looks away. I stood for a while... eventually sat...no further discussion from his side. He continues to make a pizza. One pizza box is sitting on top of the oven staying warm. I wait assuming my pizzas won't be long as it must be in the oven. 10 minutes later he puts the pizza he has just been making into the small oven. I asked if that was my pizza and he said yes. I asked what he had been doing for the previous half hour (there was no one else there) and he said they had had to go to the supermarket to get some stuff...(!)

Ten minutes later the pizza comes out. Sliced and diced. $40. I ask if I am going to get a discount given the wait and that one pizza has been sitting on the oven for at least 20 minutes. He said he could throw in a drink. I don't want a drink but I will let people know how bad you are and that I won't be back.

Oh, and the pizza? 2 out of 10 in a competitive market. I would have preferred pizza hut and that is saying something.
