Had a Sunday breakfast/brunch here. We didn't book and hoped that we'd be lucky and get in. We were in luck! What an amazing restaurant, the buzz when we walked in was great. The staff were so professional and attentive it was such a pleasure just being there. I ordered the scrambled eggs which were the Best I've ever had! I would love to have an evening meal here to experience some authentic Greek food.

I dined here recently with work friends. It was a Tuesday night and besides us (7 people) there were only 2 others. You'd expect the service would be great, we were very disappointed.

The food was ok. I ordered a salmon with potato chats meal. My salmon was cooked perfectly but the potatoes were bland. One person ordered the paella, which was wonderful and another ordered the pumpkin risotto which was horrible. I would dine there again, although I'd make sure it was a Friday or Saturday night with more people and a better atmosphere.

My husband and I ordered a take away from here once. He thought the food was ok, I on the other hand thought the food was great, I've since ordered takeaway a couple of times when he is away on business. Lovely service, fresh tasty food and good value.

I have ordered take away from this restaurant a couple of times now, and would say that the food is great. It's good value, fresh and really tasty and really that's all you want. I will continue to make it my favourite chinese restaurant in the west.

I booked my husbands surprise birthday dinner here last night. What a great choice! Everything from the initial phone reservation to the birthday cake being presented to my husband was just as I had hoped.

I chose a set menu selection for our dinner guests and we were not disappointed. Everyone was thrilled with their selection. The meal sizes are very good and the ambience was perfect. My husband doesn't like dining out and then going home hungry, that didn't happen at Riva. He was full! I could've shut my eyes and believed we were in Fiji, it was just perfect.

There were three other birthday groups in our area of the restaurant and we still felt like we were the only ones there celerbrating. I would dine there again. Go with an open mind and enjoy the wonderful service and a bit of star spotting!
Thank you Riva for making my husbands surprise birthday a huge success. Oh yes and he was surprised!

We dined here in July 09 and I have to say if it wasn't for the superb service I would rate it 1/10. I would not go back, it's too expensive and the food was very over rated.
