We have recently been telling everyone we can about the fantastic coffee and food, and were literally eating there at least twice a week, not including coffee 3 or 4 times a week.

Unfortunately, one day we queried a cost, we ordered 2 coffees, 2 duck wraps and a muffin. $54. No problem, it must be a mistake, the food here is great, and its cheap. If the price was $54 I'd probably pay it.

I didn't have a chance, the person I assume who must be the senior staff, was without doubt one of the rudest and most obnoxious perople I have ever dealt with, not only did he reject my request for an itemised receipt, he point blank refused to even listen to my question concerning the bill.

I wrote this off as just a bad experience, but since then have had multiple people tell me of the casual rudeness and distain this man displays when even approached in a nice way. Sad to see something so good ruined by the person who created it.

We work hard to provide the best quality food, and the friendliest service. We don't pretend to be something we are not. The freshest ingredients, simple and tasty menu items, pleasant and fast service, excellent value for money. Ticking a lot of boxes but obviously can't please everyone. Thanks for your feedback.
