I finally got to Bah.BQ for dinner last night with Mother and Daughter, popular, nearly full, not bad for a Tuesday. The $42 Churrasco (all you can eat) was brilliant (skip the chicken wing and pork rib) as was the service, ambience and decor, only let down by BYO nothing.
The ultimate dessert is the BBQ pineapple with cinnamon included in the Churrasco. Add a $8 Peroni or $10 glass of wine and for $50, with lots of free water, it is very good value if you are hungry.

I had dinner on Thursday, the staff are all good lookers and the service was exceptional, perfectly timed and very friendly. Inside and outside was packed on a cold night. The white anchovies is a must starter @ $6, I enjoyed the chicken & leek pie but it was a bit bland. I followed up with lunch, with my mates next day, again the same great service, white anchovies and the ultimate chicken parmigiana with mash/peas, it was a taste sensation and a very big helping ! Highly recommended, I am told the desserts are very good too. I will be back.

I have just returned from a brilliant Friday lunch with five of my male friends. Surprisingly the restaurant was nearly empty, a cold and windy day? It is a bit hidden away upstairs but it was nice and warm and I can see it very popular in summer with its outside dining.
The service was impeccable, the owner was on hand all the time, along with all his staff that had perfect timing and balance.
Most importantly, the food was sensational, the alacarte selection was left to one of my mates that had been there twice before, and the reason we were there in the first place.
We asked the Owner/Maitre D' for recommendations of even more dishes and also types of Saki, he knew exactly what we would like, that is why I give it 10/10.

My mother and I had a great meal, we had a wide selection, the winners were the white anchovy fillet and the Gambas a la plancha, service was great, highly recommended. BYO as the sangria was a bit like cordial.

Been there 5 times for lunch with various size groups, latest 15/11/10, it is so convenient, same level under cover parking (2 hours free), the service is very friendly and efficient, the food is really good and the value say $20pp for all you can eat plus BYO is fantastic. No plastic plates only some plastic bowls!

Made me think of Seinfelds "Soup Nazi", when booking I was told we had 1.5 hours, 15 minutes late and no table. The day before they rang to confirm we would be there at 1 and out by 2.30. On arrival (5 minutes early) we were told to wait outside until summonsed, then told again we must leave by 2.30. The Yum Cha was very ordinary, especially for $40 pp + $10 per bottle corkage. Nice ambience, sound levels were ok but I won't be back.

I had a great dining experience with a dinner for 2. I am glad I booked a couple of weeks in advance as it was completely full on a wednesday. I couldn't fault the service, the decor is very tasteful, warm and comfortable. The food had so many tasty sensations, I will be going back to try out some of the other optional courses. I am a big eater and size wise, five courses was plenty for me.
