Stale food, bored staff who try to be trendy and apart from catchy decor this place is just not worth a visit.

This place is miles ahead of anything else in the city. They take pride in what they do and the wait for coffee is worth every minute. Not the cheapest in town, but the standard is so much better that those extra few coins make no difference. Great job boys, you deserve the credit you get.

I know this place gets heaps of bad reviews about the service but I have found the 2 girls Minny and Ginny to be great with what they do. They might be staff but they are worth every cent to that place. They are always friendly and always willing to help. I recommend you guys give it a go.

I'm starting to agree with some of the other reviews. I too think this institution is slipping. Maybe they are just getting too big for themselves. The wait was incredibly long for a short black with a place that has seen busier times. I waited 15 minutes and this is way too long considering that there were four baristas behind 2 machines.

The other thing I noticed was that they have now moved to ProCal milk, a cheaper alternative to the Dairy Farmers they once used. Not sure why, but I do know that its not as good as either Dairy Farmers or Riverina. The jazz music is nice, but the staff are almost robotic and the sweets very rarely seem to change, maybe they should look at some different varieties.

Cmon guys, you used to be what everyone aspired to. Now you appear to be one of a few very good shops around.
