Held a voucher from scoopon. 39$ for 2 entrees, 2 mains and 2 desserts.
Food was nice, nothing to complain, not fantastic but not disappointing at all. Online with average.
Very busy and alot of people held vouchers, we were situated in a spot where it was hard to get in and out, therefore, waitresses rarely went in our direction making finished plates build up.
Entrees were nice, the prawn cakes and chicken satays were flavoursome. Main, now the voucher stated Any two mains, but we were restricted slightly by only being able to order One dish from the dinner special while the other dish cannot be from that list. Ordered duck curry and pad thai. Curry was good, had to ask 3 waitresses before they brought rice over. Pad thai was average, had better.
Dessert, again voucher stated Any 2 desserts But that was not the case. Desserts were a couple of cakes chosen by waitresses. Very average.
Overall it wasn't a bad experience. But they should really follow the rules of following their terms and conditions. I was slightly disappointed with being restricted when I was told I could choose to my hearts desire.
I would go again and would not mind telling friends to take a look at this place.

Mom and I held a voucher to Jaipur Sweets. We got to choose whether to go to the parramatta store or city store. We lived closer to the parramatta one and everytime we pass that place it seems empty so I was a little unsure about what to expect.
We go there, handed our voucher in, ordered chicken tikka 4 pcs, garlic naan, haleem (lamb) and some other chicken curry. Not much service, but I'm asian and used to asian restaurants being not so big on service so thats ok. I will soon give my reason as to why I rated a 1 star.
Tikka was terrible. Really. I wasn't sure if the chicken was off, or the spices were off, of they just overdid it or what but it was terrible. It was at some point a bitter taste. You can see alot of spices powdered on because the cucumber under it was literally soaked in powdered spices. Also the portion was Tiny in comparison to all the other indian places I have been to. This is by far the worst tikka I have ever had.
The naan, haleem and curry I liked. The naan was fresh and crispy, the haleem was my first time trying and I liked it very well, nice lamb flavour blended with spinach, onion and other spices. The curry was not bad, similar to all the other places. Nothing really "stood out" to me but I would eat those dishes again.
Here is the mood killer. We had half a bow of curry left, and half a bowl of haleem left. I went up to the counter where the lady was waiting for the customer to pay her. He takes a while to pull out his money, and she gives him the change. She proceeds to have a conversation with him while I am waiting there.
Finally, she turns to me, and I asked for a take away box to take home the food I could not finish. She said "sorry no take away for vouchers". I thought she misunderstood me and thought I wanted to buy take away using another voucher or something so I stated again clearly that I "had quite a bit of food left over so I would like to get a take away container so I can take the food home". She repeats what she said before, refusing to give me a take away container. I could only say "seriously?" and laugh walking back to the table to tell my mom.
We ended up using disposable plastic cups to hold our food as we walked back to the car. My mom came up with an interesting theory, why would they refuse to give us a take away container if we had a voucher, I mean the food was going to be thrown away anyway, she could have charged us for the box. Unless they reuse the food.
Will not be going back.

I came here holding spreets vouchers, and at first I was disheartened with the poor reviews here but gave it ago since its been a while.
I have to say they must have changed a lot because although the food was not the best sushi I've had its decent especially for the price I paid for the vouchers, however, I can see how its original price may have been a little hefty but all sushi train places are like that. When we didn't see any good ones left on the train we were allowed to order from the sushi menu and the kitchen would make it. Everything was really good especially the service.
This follows on to my next visit with I get there at 8:15 and they close at 8:30 (it was a sunday). We went in and we were not rushed out at all and was told that they can make what we want from the kitchen. I ate quickly because I felt guilty about arriving so late, but after 8:30 passed they still did not order us out and even asked if we would like extra drinks. We left about 8:40 and the main waiter/manager was still polite and smiling.
I will go there again.

We booked with a voucher for 10 people at 7 pm. We got there at 6:50 and apparently because we were late they gave our table to someone else and so we all stood there while the waiters put 5 separate tables and chairs together.
The main waiter/manager was charismatic, entertaining, and attentive. We took a while to order our food as my aunties/grandma's didn't speak english properly, but he was very patient and made jokes with us!
The entree I had was the seafood antipasto for 2. Now if I was to pay 25 dollars for this I would be disappointed with the value, however, i had a voucher and so it wasn't too bad. I had the grain fed eye fillet which was small but overall I would have given it a 9/10. Very tender, cooked very well with good presentation. I tried some of the other dishes such as the gnocchi (nothing spectacular), the mushroom risotto (not too bad but I've had better), the veal (disappointing taste and size), the lamb (very tasty), the duck leg (very nice).
Some reviews mentioned rude staff, I was not exposed to much of this (however, when my aunty called to book she was apparently rudely refused "we don't have a table for 10", however, when I called it was fine), the main waiter/manager was very friendly, however, there was a waitress there that did not smile much and was slightly rude at times (she said the name of the dish and my aunty misheard and said a different dish, the waitress repeated with obvious annoyance).
However, this is a place I would definitely go again.

Came here with mom holding a voucher with 2 buckets of prawns and a bottle of wine. The prawns were really fresh! although not much in portion it was understandable.
We also ordered a paella so we can be full, now this was 30 or 40 dollars and I must say for a full priced dish that had no relation to any voucher, it was served pretty small.
The service was ok. It certainly was not as attentive to some places that I have been but when I go to a restaurant I don't really care as much about service compared to food, unless of course if they were really rude. I'd go there again.

Went to Underbelli about 2 weeks ago with a friend holding a scoopon voucher. We were the first to arrive so we were served very attentively. The main waiter/manager was very chatty and witty.
We ordered our entrees, one antipasto plate and one garlic butter prawns. Now the servings were small but thats okay because its just entrees and although there were only 4 prawns with its original price being 15$ we used a voucher so I let it go.
Then the mains came. My friend ordered a Lamb Shank while I ordered a veal. Her's turned out pretty well in terms of portion and taste, however, my veal was below average. Taste wise, the sauce was nice and the mash didn't seem like instant mash. The portion was really bad though. I was given 2 pieces of veal for a main. Thats right. 2 pieces. And not big pieces either! They added up to be the size of a drivers license or even less and it wasn't a thick piece of meat either. The veggies on the side for both dishes weren't that impressive, bland.
Then dessert came. This was the best part of the meal and probably most worth the value. Their cake was delicious and their combination of small cakes and tarts were loved by my italian friend. Passionfruit and the Lemon tarts were a favourite.
I've been to many restaurants with vouchers and I must say this is the first restaurant that minimised the portions (at least I hope so, because if people were to pay 25 dollars for 2 mini slices of veal on mash...) which really disappointed me.
I believe with the small portions and such, a $29 dollar deal would have been much more appropriate than $49.

I came here a little while ago with my mom holding a voucher. And I must say I was very very impressed with this place. I absolutely adore it! When we went in we were immediately greeted by big smiles, led to a table, sat down, given our little side dishes as were asked what drinks we would like.
Food came out after 5 minutes to give us time to try our sides as they introduced it to us. They were happy to give you as many meat that you requested and were very nice when I specified which area I would like. The Food was delicious! although the chicken was a tad dry and maybe the beef was not as tender as I liked, everything else was great. The fish and prawns, oh I couldn't help but to ask for more.
At the end we were the only people left at the place yet they still came up with food and asked if there was anything specific we wanted. I got more prawns!
If this place kept at 39pp I probably wouldn't go, however, if they dropped it to maybe 30pp I would consider going back every now and then because it is simply divine.
I do recommend all people to try this place at least once.

To be honest, like other reviewers, I was not impressed by this restaurant.
I went to another brazilian at petersham and was by far much much impressed when compared to this.
I went there with a friend, walked into to a bar looking place with no one to greet us. We had to walk around and find the waiter down at the music area(?) and he led us back to the front where he found our booking. We did have vouchers too, so the fact that we had a booking is a difference to some of the reviewers here. We also got our own seat for two. However, it was a sofa like chair on my that extended across several tables and that was fine because alot of other restaurants were like that too.
The thing that really bugged me was that the White long sofa chair I was sitting on had this stain on the seat next to me. It wasn't any sauce stain or light stain. It was a blood stain. A dried blood stain. I dont' really want to know how it got there, and I especially did not want to look at it while I eat. I tried to flip the cushion seat thing around, but surprise! the other side was worse. So I left it. And besides the entire restaurant was so dark that I couldn't see it That clearly anyway.
Thats another thing to complain about. Now, I never, ever, ever complain about the lighting of a restaurant but this has got to be the worst. I mean yes candle light dinners are romantic and all but they dimmed the lights so low that they might as well have just turned it off. I felt like I was in the cinema with a candle. Maybe it was a method to cover up the food that didn't look so pretty and the stains on the white seats?
Ok. Now the service, apart from the main waiter that walks around serving customers that walk in the others were quite good. They brought food to our table often enough, and were very polite and nice in introducing to us what food it was that they were handing us.
However, when we wanted to tell him we were finished and if we could grab the bill for any extras we need to pay for he was no where to be seen and it took 10 minutes of looking around and waving frantically before I got frustrated that I walked all the way up found the main waiter and told him we were finished. So therefore 5/10 for service.
Food, I've had brazilian bbq 3 times including this. This was the worst of all 3. The chicken was Ok, but dry. The sausages were not that nice, but it was big and meaty. The steak was small, and normal, not much flavour. The lamb was too strong in its lamb taste if you know what I mean? usually restaurants tone down that flavour a little but this was full on. But thats ok, dip it in a bit of sauce problem solved. And then everything else in between was just mediocre. Nothing good nothing bad.
I won't be back. Though I'd recommend the brazilian BBQs at petersham and leichardt.

Went here with one friend. We got to sit in the main area so live music was visible and because we were in the end corner of the room it wasn't too loud either. We ordered the sashimi and sushi set, terriyaki chicken and tempura. The sashimi was very fresh, very nice! the sushi was fine. The set however was quite small for its pricing. The chicken terriyaki was very nice! and the chicken was quite tender- portion was ok here. The tempura didn't feel too oily and they gave interesting sauces and powders to mix up the flavour. A little salty at times. Overall value wasn't great but i would come here again for another special occasion. The place was soon crowded but that's because their main area isn't actually all the big. I must add that the service here was very very attentive. We were asked every now and then if things were ok with genuine smiles and the waiters and waitress' seemed to be enjoying their jobs despite the running around. I would recommend this place to others.

I went there yesterday and had a meal with three friends. We each had our own noodle soup and a drink. The noodles were nice- the soup tasted a little funny at first mainly because there was a type of spice in the soup that im not too fond of... but after a few spoonfuls in my mouth it became very delicious. The noodles were nice and the meat/ veggies that were inside were also very flavoursome. I loved the honeydew ice tea even though its just honeydew syrup in green tea. Service wasn't fantastic but nothing bad happened, we were served when necessary with ok manners. I will be back again!
