My experience of Sitney was horrible! I went alone for lunch on a weekday & it was busy with only a handful of 2 seat tables available in the front. I felt very squished with the seating arrangement & could overhear 2 tables worth of loud conversation which made reading my book near impossible. I ordered the green curry & wasn't surprised by the 25 minute wait for it to arrive. But once it arrived I was disappointed. The curry was predominately water with no real flavour of coconut milk. I also asked for a jug of water & never received it! Will definitely not be going back there & can't figure out why so many other people were there to begin with!

I have been to Badde Manors a couple of times with friends a few years ago so decided to go back there recently by myself. Have to say the staff were friendly and helped me with my selection I was umm-ing and ahh-ing for over 10 minutes because everything on the menu looked fantastic! I ended up getting the crumbed mushrooms with ricotta and it was delicious! I could have easily split it with someone else because the serving was massive! The only down side to this place is the price esp when you're a broke student!

But I will definitely go back to try the other options and hopefully have enough room for those yummy desserts!

Love this restaurant! I went to Encasa for my birthday a few years ago and can't get enough of this place! The patatas bravas is delicious and I could honestly eat it as a main meal...Yummo!

I also went here for my sister's bday and because we were a large group all the food was cooked and served with precision timing so all we had to worry about was eating and drinking the fantastic delux sangria. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and can't wait to go back!

Pro's - I've been to Panarotti's Penrith a few times with friends and we find the service amazing! They are so helpful and attentive not to mention some of the male staff are easy on the eye.

There is always a great family feel to this place and whenever we go we usually spot a birthday girl/boy at one of the larger tables towards the back! I find the vegetarian pizza delicious compared to the meat alternatives. Also the lemon and lime bitters here are fab!

Cons - I'm not sure if there has been a change in management recently because we started to notice that the pizza crusts have become dry and bland when it was never like that before.

I found the staff friendly, the venue open and spacious with great natural light. But having said that the prices for meals are far too high! I can understand if the quality of the food is top notch but, unfortunately, it isn't.

I have a feeling rent in the Parramatta area is sky high and management feel the need to bump up the price to compensate. I had a chicken fillet burger with salad and chips and it came to $16.50. If you're looking for a great value meal (like I was) this is not the place for you.

Hmm I'm not sure what all the fuss is about with Atom Thai? The first waiter we had was kind enough to explain the menu to us when we arrived but it was all down hill from there. For some reason the initial waiter disappeared & another waiter came over & was extremely pushy for us to place an order.

We explained several times that we would need time to make a selection but that didn't seem to prevent him from coming over again & again with his note pad. My friend is vegetarian & wanted to make sure she didn't order anything with oyster sauce. The resteraunt wasn't full & there were empty tables so we were confused by his behaviour.

Both my friend and I were shocked at how bad the food was when it arrived! I found the rice dry and the chicken over cooked. It reminded me of a meal you would get at a Westfield food court just kind of slopped onto a plate without any real thought to it.

From reading the other comments I assume it was either an off day or maybe the chef was in a bad mood, either way first impressions last and I won't be going back. If my friend hadn't been shouting the meal for my birthday I would have asked to speak to the chef. All in all a bland lunch with poor customer service.

Thank you for your review, and I am sorry you did not have a good experience. However, I am a bit baffled that we have really low scores on all other aspects, but a 9 out of 10 for "value"?

One thing I would like to say is we always check with customers how the meal was and if our patrons are satisfied, not only at the end of meal but during the meal as well. If there are any dissatisfaction with any elements of the dining experience, in my humble opinion, it would be beneficial to both the patron and us to have the issue resolved at the time.

Sorry we won't see you again.
