Pleasant service but I definitely won't be back for their pizzas. Went there on rave reviews but was disappointed. Pizzas were bland and there was so much topping the thin base couldn't hold the weight so everything fell apart. Their salad was drenched in so much dressing that that it was soggy.

Was in Melbourne for 5 days and went to Ca De Vin twice. The service was top quality. I recommend the duck ravioli and the ragu. The pizzas were awesome. We had one with mushroom, goats cheese, spinach, truffle oil and balsamic reduction and another with pumpkin, pinenuts, napoli, rocket and honey. The pizzas are big and 2 was enough to feed 4 of us. This is definitely a place I'll be back for again.

One of the worst meals we had in Melbourne. Everything was either overcooked and dried out or covered to sauce to mask the fact that the produce was not fresh.

Good coffee and food. There were 4 of us and we had their salads and sandwiches. Definitely worth trying.

The char kway teow which is a broad rice noodle is good although they can't seem to maintain their consistency. The food is fairly pricey for take away noodles in a food pail. I'm not a fan of bamboo shoots and they tend to lace all their noodles with alot of that stuff. If you're not a fan, make sure you tell them to leave it out when you order.

The food at Golden Kingdom is comparable if not better than some of the restaurants in china town. Also, it's always easy to find parking around kensington or in front of the restaurant which is always a plus point. The peking duck or crispy duck is really good. If you want seafood, they do a good xo pipis and salt and pepper mud crab.
Their san dong chicken is also worth ordering. If you're into hot and sour soup or crab with sweetcorn, give theirs a go. The quality of the food is always consistent, the service is good especially if you get the 2 guys that aren't in uniform.

Having heard some pretty poor reviews about this place that contradicted the reviews we read on this site, we decided to try it out for ourselves. I have to say, this was one of the worse sushi trains we've been to. The portions were tiny, there wasn't much to choose from and the raw fish was Not fresh. We had the tuna and salmon nigiri and the fish was warm. After about 4 plates, we couldn't stomach anymore of the sushi and decided to order the cooked food instead.
This place can only be described as a poor quality sushi train just well packaged in its decor. They should have invested more time in the quality of their food and not the fish tank.

Started going to Dov for food when they were still on Burton Street. Their French toast which is made with brioche and a berry compote is my choice for breakfast. Since moving to Potts Point, they've increased their menu selection and if you're there for lunch you have to try their slow cooked lamb sandwich. If you're a fan of pate, give theirs a go and I don't remember if they still serve it, but they have a good steak and guiness pie.
The staff is always friendly and the service is always good no matter how busy they are.

It's one of the hardest menus to choose from cos you just want to order everything on it. Apart from their scrambled eggs, the corn fritters and hotcakes are amazing.

The fajitas are dry and tasteless. Even old el paso tastes better than what they served. The guacamole didn't even taste or look fresh. The avocado had a tinge of grey. It took them a long time to even give us the menu and they ignored us when we asked for service. Not a place I'll go back again.
