Takeaway, the quality of the pizza strongly depends on what night of the week, such as cheap night Tuesday the cheese and tomato paste are different to Thursday. There needs to be a happy medium. As Tonys pizza has just open on the main road there is competition you need to fix it Or you will be losing a couple of people's business not just mine.

This is a very interesting review, as we do not have a 'cheap night Tuesday'. We have specials on every night of the week except for Friday and Saturday. If anything the pizza quality on Tuesday would be slightly better as we are no were near as busy on Tuesday than on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Our sauce is made the same way every time, and our cheese is Stretched Curd Mozzarella that's gets grated during the night, so it is exactly the same 7 days a week. We are currently doing on average 350+ orders a week, which equates to at least 600 pizza, depending on the orders, so as you can imagine we do have a lot of different staff making pizza's, however the ingredients we use and the prep, which is done fresh daily, never changes.
As for Tony's, they opened last week, but have only moved from 5 minutes down the road at the kareela shops, so they were already 'competition', however considering the difference in the range and the quality of food we are serving, and not to mention the price, I hardly see how they are competition?
We are not just a 'Takeaway pizza shop' with a few pastas.
We offer restaurant quality food, freshly made pizzas, stone fired, not stuck in a conveyor oven, with real ingredients, like oven baked Chicken Tenderloins. And prepped by qualified Chefs, not to mention, al dente pastas and risottos, fresh seafood, 'eye fillet steak', Veal Scallopini, Chicken Breast, Beef Ribs, Gourmet Burgers, and the list goes on.
But either way, we will talk to the staff who work on Tuesdays, and make sure they are following the right recipe for our pizza sauce. Thank you for letting us know about the issue.

Had High Tea here, was served food to start waited waited and waited to catch a waiter to order coffee which is not good enough, would never spend the money here again. Overall this was a let down.

Best scones in Sydney? Well the scones I was served were under cooked and the coffee was undrinkable.
