Ordered a large 3 tier wedding cake which I choose from photos that the pastry cook had. Went over the finer details with owner and pastry cook. Paid a hefty deposit. Imagine my shock when on the day I opened the box to see
the cake made up of 3 very very thin tiers. Nothing like the photo. A complete waste of money had I seen the cake earlier I would not have picked it up, however, the cake was picked up at the last moment and too late to change or order another.

At ther end it was not used as I was too embarrassed to display it. Never went back again. Took my business else where.

Ordered breakfast, mushrooms arrived cold, poached eggs like rubber, had to ask for cutlery and had to ask for the toast, when the toast finally arrived the eggs were cold. I can't believe that toast would not be served together with the meal. If I had not paid in advanced I would have walked out~

Food not so great but edible. Service decent, however, I found the senior staff to be too friendly to the point of irritating.

Had a superbly cooked meal. Steak rare cooked to perfection. Only gripe was the waiter/chef could benefit with some people skills.
