This is the biggest waste of a Restaurant/ Taven on the Gold Coast. It is in the best location and could really be something, plus the food is very nice (well done to the young chefs) and Good value for money, but now for where they fall down, The service and Atmosphere is awful. There is a lady there who is the waitress, she can't crack a smile and is very rude. We were waiting for a 3rd person to join us and had the menus on the table, she just scooped them up and took them away without asking if we were finished with them.

Then when the food came (we all ordered the same) she just plonked it in front of us without a word or a smile. It felt like it was a pain that we were there and it was all too much. It was friday night but not busy, they had 2 girls working behind the counter just chatting whilst the lady scuttled about acting like she didn't want to be there and we were in her way.

They obviously have no money to decorate or clean, the ceilings are covered in cob webs and there are wall brackets for where TVs once were (probably sent to cashies) - why not just cover with a $20 print from Target? They haven't even bother taking the xmas decorations away (its August) and had baubles where the candles once were!

The bar downstairs has hardly any seats and the ones available are taken up by tradies its more of a regulars/ tradies bar and as 2 women we felt abit awkward. I think that they need a change of management and someone to smarten the place up as it really is a waste of a good venue.
