We went to this restuarant for a Mother's Day Lunch. We were sat at a table to the left next to the windows and we were so uncomfortable. The sun was shinning straight into our eyes. I'm wondering why they haven't considered putting a blind up? The food was lovely but the service was so slow. It took us an hour after our main to get dessert. Won't be going back again.

The food and service at this restaurant is fantastic. The staff are friendly and attentive. I will say that I think it is a bit too pricey for a local chinese restaurant and I would only go back for more of a special occasion. However, if you are not worried about cost you won't be sorry.

Sorry to burst the bubble, but I had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. Our waiter was anything but helpful. He came to take our order and hadn't offered us drinks or opened our wine. We asked him what he suggested for an entree for our table of eight and we were met with a blank look. He took our entree order and then walked away! We called him back explaining that we also wanted to order our mains and he said we should order them once our entree's had arrived.

Not sure what we were supposed to do with the big menu's while we ate. Our main's arrived in good time, minus one. We had all finished our meals by the time the missing meal arrived and were told that it was left off the order. When we asked for further details we were told by the waitress that "it happens" we asked for the meal free but it was on the bill when we received it.

I will not be going back to this restaurant. If you want good food, good serviced and a great Japanese experience. I suggest you go elsewhere.
