I used to like this restaurant and the food, I haven't been here for a while but tonight I finally decided to try again, big mistake! They don't take booking any more but once you arrive you have to put your name in a "waiting list", a piece of paper on the door, go for a walk and hope to have a table in "only half an hour".
As soon as we sat at the table (a tiny table shoved between a wall and a big table of 8) we noticed that they have new menù and new price, (of course more expensive) and a new Tequila section. We ordered nachos, enchilladas and two beer, the nachos, usually nice, were ok but the topping were bad, no sour cream or guacamole, just big pieces of beef, beans and cold tomatoes. Of course the nachos arrived before the beer and the main arrived when the table was still full with the dirty plates from the entree.
The enchiladas was really poor, a little thing in a big plate with some beans and rice, inside wasn't better, just some pieces of pork rolled in a tortillas and cover with tomatoes paste, non other flavour, no guacamole, no salad. When we asked the waiter why our nachos didn't have the guacamole he apologise but didn't change anything on the bill!
We use to come here for a nice huge dinner but now the only thing huge is the bill(fortunate in a way, considering the space allowed for the table we wouldn't have wanted to each too much!), I never had a dinner so quick here.
I use to like this place but their arrogance is too much, I won't pay more to have less food and less flavours. I won't come back for sure!

I ate there so many times and always found that the food good and reasonable cheap, we always share entree and main and always been full. But all this popularity made them a little bit too arrogant. On the card they explain that "booking is essential" but when you call there is only the answering machine (also during trading hours) that asks you to leave a message and they will contact you as soon as possible! Well the last couple of time I tried to book they never call me back or just left an unequivocal annoyed messagge on my voicemail. I presume they don't need more customers! Now the big dilemma: go again for the nice food or look for another mexican restaurant?

I have been there a couple of times, the chocolate is nice, finally an European style hot chocolate instead of only milk and cocoa powder, just a bit overpriced like the all the desserts on the menu and in the displays. The service has been weird both times, waitstaff overly attentive at the start but much less after we ordered. Did anybody else see the spelling mistakes on the board?

We went on a Saturday night without reservation but because was late we found a table in ten minutes. Five minutes after we sat the waitress arrived for the order, when we asked for other five minutes she disappeared and came back in more than fifteen. The place was full, there was a big group that was standing at the bar, apparently celebrating something so the place was really noisy. The food and the beers were really nice, particularly the dessert.
When the bill arrived we left the money at the table and went out, the waitress run after us asking if we paid because they already had two table missing that night, she didn’t even check on the table. We had already crossed the street when she came back telling us the bill was wrong, we were a little group of friends, we had all the same food so we just split the bill without checking. We came back and paid the difference without complaint but it was really annoying for us to come back for their (double) mistake.
I really like the food but really not like the service, they have to pay attention at their staff and not trouble the customer for their mistakes.

I really like the coffee and love the ricotta hotcakes! Finally in Rozelle a café that has different special every week and not only savoury!

I went the on the 1st of January for breakfast with my partner and a friend, unfortunately, there weren’t many cafés opened. Once sit we found that the place was cash only there was a surcharge of $2,50 each for Public Holiday.
The place was very hot, all the windows were closed and no air conditioner, we waited a while before the waitress took the order, we also had to ask three time for some water.
When she finally arrived the order was wrong (already happened at the table near ours), very annoyed with us she went back to the kitchen to change the meals, she came back with the right meals two salmon eggs and one benedicts, the salmons didn’t have the hollandaise sauce and the benedicts looked really miserable.
Both my partner and my friend are chef so they know how to cook an egg properly, all the poached eggs were too hard, my friend politely asked to the waitress if the chef could make them again but soft, the same waitress (and owner apparently) answer that she didn’t want to serve him anymore, I never in my life had a so bad and rude services. The rest of food wasn’t really good but really overpriced.
When we asked for explanation at another waiter she came back and told us to stop it because she wasn’t serving us anymore. I was really tempted not to pay the entire bill. I suggest if they can’t run after a holiday crowd is better if they stay close.

We are regular customers of this Thai Restaurant. The food is nice and tasty and the service is good. It's our preferred option when we are to lazy to cook. Really good value.

The place is very very nice but the food is very very average. We ordered eggs & bacon roll, big pieces of bread and a lot of sauce. The service were weird, if you are friend of the staff you can have very attentive service, if you are not, good luck!
I won't try again for breakfast.

I'm not a regular customer anymore because I moved to another suburb but I always enjoy a breakfast there when I'm in Glebe. The food is nice, the menu is typical cafe style but I can always try something new. The family staff is always friendly and try to make everybody feel welcome.

Went only once in a not busy night and came home very disappointed. We seat outside and ordered our two pizzas, after 20 minutes we were still waiting but many people went in and out with their take away boxes. After a while we moved inside because the other customers outside were too crazy. The pizza wasn't bad but also not great, Italian style at least, I'm Italian I can tell if a pizza is good or not. I never went back and I don't think I'll want to try again.

Nice coffee but nothing exceptional. Never try the food but look really like Nana's house style. The ambience is nothig special and the crates instead of chairs a little bit too hippy high-flown. The staff is a mix, some of them are really nice others really rude. The really good thing is the ice cream during summer season.
