The food here is great, I particularly like the crispy soft-shelled crab with papaya salad. The decor is great. My only disappointment is the service. They are unattentive and always in a rush (even on a weekday lunch, when they don't appear that busy).

We travelled all the way from The Hills district to eat at Sushi Samurai because of a high recommendation from a friend. The travel wasn't worth it. The food was average. They didn't have much variety in the sashimi boat, but what they had was fresh and tasty. The beef tataki was not very good at all. The beef was cut much too thick, and the marinade did not have any taste.
I do not recommend the Black vinegar and honey drink either. However, the value was good, for japanese food, it was quite well-priced. I would recommend this place if you live close by and want something quick and simple.

I could not recommend Foveaux highly enough. My partner and I had the degustation here, and for $80, it was amazing value. The food is fantastic, although I did had a slight let-down in the dessert. The dessert wasn't quite sweet enough, and it was a strange combination with granola in it. Tasted like I was having breakfast. The service was fantastic, the waiters were friendly.

Absolutely terrible. I recommend no one go there. We ordered an ice coffee and ice mocha, it took 45 minutes for the drinks (and they weren't even that busy towards the later part of the afternoon). And when the drinks finally came out, it was undrinkable, we had to throw it out. The ice mocha was just like chocolate syrup. The wait-staff are rude and the food awful. It ruined what was a very nice day at the park and bike riding.

We went here on a weekday night, and we were the only table there all night, it makes it a little uncomfortable sometimes. I don't know why the place is so quiet, the food is quite nice. The butter chicken was really yum, my only complaint is probably the paneer, not quite what I would like. The price is reasonable. Nice place to go for an affordable, enjoyable meal. I would recommend the take away though.

What a lovely evening! The setting was nice and humble, yet classy, you just feel very comfortable. The tables weren't too close together, so you don't have to listen to the conversation next table, which I hate!
The food divine! Entree was seared tuna with wasabi mousse, absolutely exquisite!
Main - Travella, such a sight for the eyes, it was almost a pity to eat because it looked so nice. Definitely worth another visit and many more after that!

Before I read the reviews here, I thought I was the only one who thought the service at Hogs Breath at Castle Hill was dismal, but it seems I'm not alone. The food is the same as every other Hogs Breath, but the service, non-existent. I was so poorly treated, I have written a complaint letter (but of course with no response).
We went with a party of four, and everyone's meal came except one. It wasn't particularly a busy night, we waited for 15 minutes, so we asked where the other meal was (in case they have forgotten). I asked the waitress, she had no idea and was quite rude. Next thing we know, the senior staff comes and tells us off for being rude to the waitress. I was shocked. We merely asked where the meal was and she were told that it was busy and we are not to harass the staff about where the food is.
When it came to pay the bill, no one came to the table for us to settle the bill, if we signaled, we were simply ignored. I guess 6 tables is 'busy'. So we went to the counter, there was no one at the register, but a girl at the bar (where there was no one) and she was drying glasses and on her mobile. We signaled for her, and she looked at us, nodded and turned around with her back to us. We waited for a further 10 minutes (should've just walked out) when we finally decided to ask someone to come and see to us. Terrible, terrible service.
I could not recommend more highly not to go.

I have been to Harbourkitchen a few times before, this the first review that I have done. Each time I have been to Harbourkitchen, it has not been disappointing. The service is pretty good (although not spectacular, the drinks did not arrive at the same time, quite a delay between the beer and wine, in fact we had to enquire). The waiters were quite knowledgeable about the food when we asked.
The food was fantastic. I've had duck and lamb there, and each time cooked to perfection. The fries cooked in duck fat was scrumptious! The view is wonderful, as you would expect, the only downside is it can get quite noisy. I've been there on a Sunday night, much more pleasant as they weren't as busy. I've also been there on a Saturday night, and it was very noisy.

Highly recommended! What a dining experience! I went there with my partner and his sister (who is from overseas). The view is spectacular. The panoramic view of the rocks and circular at night is breath-taking, a perfect backdrop to a lovely meal.
Food was excellent. Service was good, as a table of three we did not have a table next to the window (as most of them are for parties of 2) but there was one larger table next to the window, which at the time of our arrival was occupied. After our main meals, our waiter asked if we wanted to move to a window table as it was now available. We had dessert at our new table, and it was fantastic. What a lovely night.

I went to have dinner a Alio on a Saturday night with my partner. Admittedly because we had an entertainment voucher, we had not heard anything about Alio otherwise.
The night was faultless. As soon as you walk in, the atomsphere was great, the noise level was low, we could have a proper conversation without having to shout to one another. The waitress was fantastic. She was engaging and well-educated about the menu. I felt very comfortable asking questions, and taking on her advice. I'm not sure if they will have in on the regular menu, but we were recommended to have breaded stuffed olives as a starter. They were amazing! My partner does not regularly eat olives, he loved them.
As per her advice, I ordered the special of swordfish for main. I was not disappointed. It was fresh and cooked to perfection! The serving was generous, without being too overwhelming. My partner had Pork Belly, which was divine.
I also had dessert, Lemon Tart, absolutely beautiful! Overall, our experience with Alio was lovely. We would definitely return, and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to having a lovely main there.
