Loved it! Great range of wines by the glass. Long list of entree and main specials. And it may sound trivial, but best garlic bread I have ever had! This means one thing, I must go back and try their pizza! Italian and Sons has been added to our list of favourite dining destinations. Yay!

Waiting for this place to re-open!
Service was really quite slow. Love the pizzas, but nothing compared to the likes of flint and good priced nice wine. Tried a pasta once, it was a creamy praw fetucini. It was really bland, very dissapointed. They didn't even offer parmesan which might have helped. Deffinitely will stick to the pizza.
Oh, and last time they forgot our garlic bread, we reminded them, but it came out after our main (just silly really). But, they didn't end up charging. Even with this, the meal was over shadowed by the terrible pasta.

Great place for families, though some might find the tv a bit tacky.
HA-UUUGE meals! I can eat a heap, but could only just finish the entre sized chicken kiev with chips and salad (apparently the main has TWO whole sized kieve pieces!). My partner usually goes the steak with chips and vergies. We usually get the garlic bread as well, and a drink each (it is the kind of place where my partner doesn't even blush when he orders a milshake, while I get a wine!). The food, I guess it is is like good traditional pub food. The flavours are great. Love it for a cheap night out.

I love this place! Book though, I have seen people turned away, as it is a relatively small restaurant. Great food at awesome prises. Sizes are great, we can never fit in desert. The wait staff are so lovely. And if you order before 7 (I think it is) you get 25% of the bill! For entree (shared) two huge mains (one pasta and one steak) and a wine each, we paid less than $70! Thats unheard of in Sydney. And the don't compromise on the flavour.
The specials board doesn't change much, but I still have a tough time choosing everytime.
I love the truffle fettucini, and my partner always get the steak (but the one on the special board, with the masala sauce was quite strong, so he went with the steak and prawns the next time). Ooooh, and if your on a first date or other uncomfortable occaision, book the 'fish tank table'! We had our work christmas dinner here, and it was great, this little fish just kept on kissing the glass it was hilarious. Also, for a table of ten of us, they were very organised.

The entree serves were way too small. I had the pesto pancetta bruschetta, around $18 for two small pieces, ridiculous. The food is quite good tasteing, not as good as the Wooloomooloo restaurant though. I love the chefs pie, but I don't think they make it fresh here, as in Sydney they tell you it will be a 20 minute wait while they make it, which is no hassle. Drinks okay, wine around $9 per glass which is standard. They don't have much in the way of the populer liquors though (okay, okay, I know Bundaberg isn't for everyone, but it's Canberra, okay?).

I don't know about everyone else, but the service here was great! The lady at the front desk was lovely, and spoke wonderful english (not that it should matter). I had an awesome green chicken curry, and it had just the right amount of kick. Great sized serve, I took the leftovers home for dinner the next night.
I also had an entre of spring rolls (i think they were vegetarian?). The were awesome, great flavours, obviously home made, I could taste the fresh coriander. And the dipping sauce, oh my! My wimp of a boyfirend thought it was too spicy, but it was divine! Highly reccomend, think I will get takeway on my way home from work today, as they start taking orders at 5.

Great place for dinner before the movies at Dendy upstairs. Very quick, and has a very large menu. House white tasted great on the three occasions I have been here, and only around $6 per glass.
The entree's are a bit greasy, but hey, its aussie chinese. The serves look small, but I always leave with a full stomach. Very busy and crowded, be prepared to eat in close proximity to other tables. And always make a booking, not matter what time of day, Sammy's is always busy. Guess it really is a Canberra institution.

I have been to Cream on several occasions, it is always my 'go to restaurant' when I am out with the girls. I have been here for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Breakfast, the serving sizes are a little small, however, tasted divine. I had the home made waffles with mixed berries and mascarpone. Tasted good, would have preferred it a little crunchier, and more of it.
Love coming here for lunch. I am always drawn in by the linguini on the specials board. Dinner a few times, even with my very aussie boyfriend, he loves it, not too fancy for him, and great flavours. He had the whole baby barra once, and won't stop raving about it. I have had the potted pie and the curry on the menu, and always to full for dessert.
I am a bit younger, which is, perhaps, why I have never had a bad experience with the waiters, as they are my age. Treat them well, and they will do the same.

Have been here twice. The drinks are quite over priced, even the house white was too expensive, even for my Sydney taste. Wouldn't mind paying the money if it tasted better, but it didn't. Cocktails okay. There are way too many suspect reviews on here for this place, my guess, the management are spending too much time online making fake blogs than working on their menu (which is over priced and bad).

Go here a couple of times a month. The pizzas are awesome, we paired it with a couple of house devised cocktails. The cardamom sidecar was quite overwhelming with too much cardamon, however, the Mitch Martini was sublime!
We always have a starter of 5 spiced calamari with blue cheese ailoi and lemon, however, the serving sizes are getting smaller, and, therefore, getting too pricey for such a small serve.
Heading out to their new restaurant in Murumbateman tomorrow! Flint in the Vines, so I shall see how that goes!
