Food was better than expected (could only fault their much hyped wings, char grilled taste much better than deep fried!). Service was terrific, even though our waitress was new she made sure our 6 year old had a great night.

Sat outside and as soon as we had ordered, a microphone inside piped up for the business conference going on inside, which we didnt' know about until it was too late to leave.
Food for 2 adults was average, but when our 6 year old ordered the chicken, a plate of sorry looking nuggets arrived. If you are serving nuggets, call them nuggets, not chicken! He might be 6, but he isn't stupid. We could have got those from McDonalds around the corner much cheaper (Maybe that's where Saks got them from!)
Waiter never asked how our meals were, even when he cleared our son's plate away with 5 uneaten nuggets on it. If he had we would have explained why he didn't get a tip, instead he glared at us when he picked up our payment.
Not going back, we ate at 3 of the surf clubs (Southport, Northcliffe and Kurrawa) while we were there and all 3 had better food, better service, better value and better views.

Another Sydney classic, come after midnight and share a table with cab drivers or chefs from the best restaurants in Sydney. Service and decor dreadful, but the food is worth it. Great BBQ pork and peking duck.
By the way, what do you people expect if you order the banquet menu? Order what you like and maybe you won't have leftover food and if she wants a table cloth, tell her she's dreaming.

Pretty good, Jap meets Mod Oz, with creamy sauce on top. Not sure how the cholesterol levels did, but the taste buds enjoyed it. Bring back the all you can eat lunch time sushi deal! pricey without it.

A Sydney institution. Come to be insulted, ignored, and made to feel left out, and enjoy some fine chinese cuisine. Salt and pepper lobster is to die for, both for the taste and the price, but we keep going back for it. Great peking duck and XO pippis as well.

Funny how lots of negative reviews here are the only review by that person, I guess one person really doesn't like them. All you can eat lunchtime deal is great value, with a large range of well produced skewers to gorge on. Perfect for a team bonding exercise or beers with the boys. Don't have breakfast that day! and don't order an entree, even when they try to sell you one, you don't need an entree before an all you can eat deal!

Good food, service erratic (they are very busy at lunch, need to book). Lunch time box sets are good value, but a la carte can be pricey. I keep going back.

Good steak, not too crowded, so service is pretty quick. Garlic prawns are good and nice wine list.

Best Sushi I have had north of the bridge. Staff are very friendly, even if their english isn't great, they try hard, and if they need help they get somebody else to help out. They know us now, and remember what we like and don't like! other meals we've tried are good too, tuna cheeks, chicken dishes and tempura are all good. Not the cheapest sushi in Neutral Bay, but worth it.

Used to like the food here, but a whole bunch of us cannot go back since the time somebody ordered a stinky cheese fondue that overpowered the entire restaurant, we were practically throwing up it was that bad. Shame, awesome crepes, and the fondue experience was good fun.
