Was absolutely appalled by my experience here! First we were told they didn't have our booking which would have been okay if they just let us sit down but they decided to have a half-hour argument about it when there was plenty of free tables in the restaurant. Then part way through the service they refused to continue serving our banquet until all our guests had arrived and they wanted to charge us an extra $40 if one of the guests did not arrive (on top of having paid for all the banquets).

The waitress was rude and argumentative about everything. When she wanted to check/confirm what our soup orders were my friend said that she ordered a different soup and the waitress bluntly said "no, no you didn't" and had a 5-10 minute debate about it. They hadn't even made the soup yet so regardless she could have just accepted it and moved on. And to top it off we waited an hour or more for each course. We started eating entrees at 6:30 and didn't get to the mains until 9:00!
