The space here is lovely with an outdoor courtyard for summer and a great cosy bar downstairs for winter. However, the service here is the worst I have ever experienced (and I eat out 5-7 nights/week). The staff seem to have forgotten they work in the hospitality industry. The owner would be horrified if he saw how dismissive the staff are of customers. I won't come back despite the lovely environment.

Rude I am! If you want the worst and rudest service in a restaurant where the food is great, then this is the place for you. The wait staff have so much attitude and no sense of customer service. They completely ruined our meal, despite the excellent food. The food, however, is not enough to make up for the complete lack of service.

They get the order wrong, and then tell you you have to pay for it and argue openly with you. I had to ask the waitress to leave me alone, so I could eat the food that I hadn't ordered. I have been a regular here for years and have put up with the bad service as the food is so good but after this experience, I will never go back.
