Two Indian friends recommended this to me and the food was fantastic, maybe the best butter chicken I have ever had and great prices. It's a pretty casual place so don't expect great service. Eg. your plates will not be cleared at all and your water won't be refilled but the staff were friendly and pleasant. Watch your bill. We were overcharged on something, questioned it, the waiter told us it was correct, we were definitely overcharged. Luckily this place has great food!

On a sunny day seated outside, the atmosphere was great and the service and quality of the food was fine. The big letdown was the tiny serves. You are paying for organic food but even so, for $17, the pasta serve was tiny. We were intending to order desserts but when we saw the sizes of our mains we decided not to.

For a casual, great value meal this is great. The mixed grill for about $15 is fantastic.

My group was impressed with the delicious food. Upmarket Malaysian. The duck in a tamarind sauce is fantastic. Enjoyed all our three mains. The gula melaka (sago pudding) needs work as it was lumpy and hard but overall this place is a favourite.

Cute cafe with a nice owner/chef and delicious crepes. For a light, good value meal the crepes are good. They have also branched out into other meals. I had the beef bourguignon and the flavour was great but, unfortunately, the tiny serve means I won't order it again.

Has good and bad points. Went on a Saturday night and waited over an hour for our pizzas. The bases were soggy. They refuse to give you tap water. But will go back (on a quieter night) for the egg, ham and pea pizza which I love.

Really popular place with a menu with a high emphasis on comfort foods. My friend enjoyed his grilled fish. My clam chowder was generous and quite tasty but I had to add a lot of salt. It's not really refined cooking but its pretty good, cafe style comfort food.

This place got a rave review in the Age and is packed out. No bookings except for larger groups accepted. Interesting looking menu and I love that they are trying to bring authentic Mexican to Melbourne. Corn on the cob with mayo, cheese and lime was great. Tacos bit disappointing. Did not receive fillings that were advertised on the menu. Things were missing and substituted, like instead of a red onion salsa they put in the same mayo for the corn cob I think.

The shredded pork meat in the pork taco was really bland. Great atmosphere and friendly waitstaff but I think the kitchen might have cut some corners with my meal as they are under pressure from the crowds. So a bit overhyped.
