Best to come with a larger group of friends. We managed a hotpot, plates of ribs etc for the BBQ and still managed plates of the seafood pancake, japchea and spicey chicken. Love how there was enough aircon so that my clothes didn't smell too much afterwards.

We've been here a couple of times and loved the seafood hotpot. The sashimi boat was one of the best I've had so far in Sydney. The rolls are good but for the slightly higher price you pay here, the sashimi and hotpot is the way to go. The mirrored backwalk also adds a nice touch.

Its tonkatsu is famous for a reason. The fat keeps the pork itself juicy and melts in your mouth (the miso soup is soothing). The lunch/dinner sets which come with pork, rice/udon, salad etc are good value. I had a mango ice last time, its cold drinks are so and so. Cute place to fill up before a night out.

We came here about 1 hr before closing time on a week day and received friendly service. The miso was good, as was the dragon roll which came on a cute wooden board, other details such as the star shaped carrot slices bent for a 3D effect was a first, great presentation. Also ordered a standard Korean dish, japchae and a bowl of udon. Both were well done. Average/good value compared to CBD Korean restaurants. Tables and chairs/decore were modern and fresh.

We found this cute and cozy semi- 'underground' bunker 2 years ago. We've ordered a combination of sashimi, tempura, a bowl of udon, croquette, thinly sliced beef (can't remember the name), scallops served in the shell. Good presentation, reasonable value for a Japanese restaurant.

Love this hole in the wall. We always get a couple of hand rolls and a set box. Great value!

The quality of the food was average eg not much eel in the eel fried rice but it is to be expected given the fair price we paid. The tonkatsu was average too, of course not as good as the CBD Miso's. Will come back for a quick, casual alternative to sushi train dinner.

About the same price you pay for at other specialty chocolate cafes. You can really taste the quality of the chocolate in the more expensive of the milkshakes.

We worked our way through the tapas menu, the famous meatballs with melted cheese inside (amazing), lamb salad (too salty), croquettes (too salty), salt and pepper squid (soft batter), chicken chorizo, followed by the paella and the chicken and rump espetadas (good value). Some of the tapas were really salty but we balanced it with cocktails and the complimentary potato side dishes and salad. Will come back but be prepared to sip cocktails for a while before being served.

Our friends and family have come back to this local restaurant for many years. The price is very reasonable given the consistent freshness and quality of the food. We love the steamed dim sums made fresh by the chef who's owned the place for over 15 years. Anything that comes on the sizzling plates are absolutely delicious. Highly recommended, probably should book for weekends though.
