Food  9      Ambience  8      Service  9      Value  10

Just home from sampling this restaurant's cuisine for the first time. Between two of us we ate three entrees and 1 main course with rice and 1 roti and we shared a pistachio kulfi. All dishes were absolutely delicious. We thought it a new place but it has apparently been open since January 2009. We only live round the corner but somehow missed it. The problem we find with so many Indian restaurants is that their main meals in particular seem to consist of gallons of sauce or gravy with one or two pieces of meat floating therein.

At Misht, we tried the staple, butter chicken and we're pleased to report that the dish consisted of very tasty sauce, yes, but the dish was full of delicious, good quality pieces of boneless chicken. The service was extremely attentive without being over the top. Misht is licensed and there is no corkage charge either! We are so pleased we found this place and will be booking for us and a group of friends next weekend. Do yourself a favour and go! (PS the Kulif is as good as the one I make at home!).
