Went on a Saturday night when it was half full, ordered an Al Mustafa banquet, which clearly said on the menu was all you can eat. However when we ordered additional skewers (they only brought out 4 for the 2 of us), it never came. We reminded them several times throughout the evening and they kept saying it was coming, but never came.

After almost 2 hours of waiting we decided we had enough, settled the bill and left. Plain misleading advertising to say something is "all you can eat" but is actually "only whatever they can be bothered to give you".


Response from Management:
We are not sure why you believe our menu clearly says 'all you can eat'. Our menu has never said all you can eat, nor have we ever advertised that we are all you can eat. We would be greatful if you could let us know why you had this impression so that we can clear it up.

We do like to have a reputation that we are generous, but not 'all you can eat'.
We do regularly have customers providing us feedback when they depart that they have been served plenty of food.

We wish you had brought the matter to the attention of management at the time of your meal, because it certainly does not take two hours to cook more skewers.
Admittedly, at peak times on Friday and Saturday nights(8pm to 10pm)it may take longer times to cook additional items, it certainly would never take two hours.
