We have dined at Razz several times and have usually enjoyed the experience but last night was a big disappointment. Starting with the bread, it was partially baked, doughy and wet looking. The duck was very undercooked, I could not eat it, so not to cause a fuss my husband and I swapped plates and I tried his lamb which was very fatty. The portion sizes were quite small, we did not bother with desert after that experience. The menu is way overpriced for the portion sizes and quality.
We will not be dining at Razz again, we both went home feeling hungry!

Went on friday night ordered prawn pizza, the prawns were obviously frozen, small and tasteless. We also had a vegatarian pizza which was completely forgettable. The staff were very friendly and efficient but the pizza's were less than ordinary.

We had a family celebration, 17 guests on Saturday night, we are from an arabic background, so we prepare and eat this food in our homes. I was filled with some trepidation after reading some of the poor reviews about the food and service. Thankfully we had a lovely night, the food was very authentic, well presented and plentiful. The service was very good, we were not kept waiting and the courses came in good timing.

The only complaint we had was the music, it was far too loud, especially during the bellydancing. As it was a family celebration we all wanted to talk to one and other and catch up, but it was nearly impossible at times. Anyhow thanks Zenobia for a great night and delicious food.

Went with my husbnd for lunch on Saturday. The decor is quite interesting but the lighting is poor, making it difficult to read the menu. The music was too loud, therefore, other diners were trying to talk over the music making the atmosphere uncomfortable. We had to remind staff about our drink order, then had to listen to some lame excuse. Our cuttlery which were wrapped with a white papper napkin
both had lipstick stains on the exterior and interior.

When the food arrived, my husbands order was wrong, I had pork ribs that were not heated evenly, I was not given a bowl of water or a moist cloth to wipe my fingers, luckily I had some wet ones in my handbag. There seems to be lots of staff who seemed to be well trained in customer advoidance. We were asked at the end of our meal the usual, "was everything alright?" We replied no, and we would not be coming back again, but thankyou anyway.

The waitress said she would go and get the manager, we said don't bother, paid and left.

We are long time locals, disappointed with the Ori in the past, thought we would give it another try. Nothing has changed, overpriced food, my angus steak was gristly and tough served on a heap of watery potato mash and grey broccoli. My husband battled with my steak and gave me his lamb at least I could chew that. We couldn't be bothered complaining, unfortunately, it is still pub food and service at an inflated prices. The waitstaff are inconsistent with service it depends who you get on the night, as stated nothing has changed, never again!
