I came here for a 40th birthday banquet and was very impressed. I'll come back for an a la carte meal sometime soon. The food was fresh and nicely flavoured, recommended.

I really enjoyed my meal here. The octopus balls were tasty, and the sashimi had the freshness and variety I was looking for. Nice range of beers and the miso soup was yummy. Great meal and good value.

Excellent little venue, with a different take on Asian/Mongolian cuisine. Basically, fill your bowl with a combination of meats, veggies, and sauces and the chefs cook it up for you. Fresh, tasty and delicious.

Nothing special at all. I could make a better Vindaloo. They were out of onion bhajis and the samosas were rock hard (the filling was delicious though). The restaurant looked lovely, and the waitress was friendly and helpful. If you're local and dying for a curry, maybe. Otherwise head elsewhere.

Good selection of beers, but at $9.80 a pint for Redback, you've got to be joking. Also, $12.90 for a pint of lemonade and a pint of mid-strength beer is ludicrous. Avoid.

I was quite disappointed here. The venue was nicely appointed, and give the impression of a high class experience. Unfortunately, the (admittedly fresh) portions were tiny, and I found the service rather abrupt. $80 for a set menu that left me hungry, no thanks!

Avoid. You're paying for the show (teppanyaki chefs). I also didn't like the communal dining aspect of the place. The old guy next to me decided to butt into our conversation, and wouldn't take polite rebuttal for an answer. For $30 less you could get plenty of sushi and sashimi, and a much better evening.

Now I know what everyone raves about. I sat in and paid the extra, but given you pay extra to take away the condiments it works out about the same. Great service, and the kind of crowded ambience I expected. The chicken was the best I've had in years, and the pickles and garlic sauce deserve thier reputation. Very happy with my meal.

The only thing stopping 10/10 for food was that there was a lot of salt used. Almost perfect!

Update: Went back last week and had the chicken roll with hummus. Seriously the best chicken roll I've ever had. I'm not kidding. Go here.

I had a terrible experience here. I had been here once before, and had a meal which was nothing special. The second time I came here, I asked for the Hot BBQ coal based dishes. The waiter said I couldn't as there would be too much smoke. There were other Korean families with lit braziers, and very little smoke. I basically felt very unwelcome and thanked him, then left. Avoid.

This was my first visit, and I have to say I was very impressed. I had the anchovies as an appetizer, the duck egg ravioli as an entree, and the sardine fillets as a main. All were uniformly excellent. Seriously, fantastic food. I thought that the ravioli would have been made with duck eggs, but there was actually a duck egg yolk inside the ravioli. Amazing stuff. The waitress was friendly and personable, and Angela (the owner) is obviously passionate about what she's doing.

One down-side: The wine by the glass serving size is miniscule. I thought I was being given a taste, but it was my actual glass. Buy by the bottle is my advice.
