What an amazing place. Food wonderful! Atmosphere wonderful! Service wonderful! Certainly shows how they achieved all the awards proudly displayed as you enter the restaurant. Have been telling all my friends about how great this place is. Will definitely be back.

What a little gem! We are big eaters and were stuffed after the entree tasting plate. We had to tell the wait staff to hold off on cooking the mains so we could digest some. Food was beautifully presented and very tasty. Can't wait to go back with friends and family.

Disappointed from the word go! We arrived not knowing too much about this place only to be sitted in an outdoor eating area. I asked if we could eat inside as it was a very cool night and my dad (not being well) was cold. We were declined even though the tables inside were not being used. Maybe they were reserved, fair enough...
The staff were young and very inexperienced. Our waitress took our drink orders and left. One thing I really don't like is when ladies drinks in particular do not come out with straws, so I asked for 4 straws and waited approx 5 minutes for them too arrive. Then we ordered. We had a party of 7, some had pizza and some had pasta with a salad. The pizzas took around 30 minutes to be served whilst 4 other people waited for their pasta, which arrived approx 10 minutes later (I asked for all meals to be served together).
This is when I started to get very frustrated. The sauce on the spaghetti marinara was very rich and dense, too sickly to finish. Oh and another thing they don't serve entree size pastas! This is also suppose to be an Italian restaurant. What Italian restaurant doesn't serve spoons with their spaghetti? The pizza was nice but wouldn't go there just for that.
After all this, we decided to have coffee and dessert. My son was very excited when he noticed pancakes on the menu. So I asked the wait staff for a pancake with a scoop of vanilla icecream only. Not a hard request I don't think. Well the pancake came out and you should have seen the look on my sons face. He was so disappointed. The pancake was in actually a crepe. May I add, tasted like a day old, hard crepe (not freshly cooked). It had a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of hazelnut icecream then it was smoothered with strawberry sauce.
I explained to the wait staff that was not what was ordered. She apologised and said she would organise another. She then told us that there was no more batter to make a fresh one so she would try and scrape as much strawberry sauce off and replace the now melted icecream with plain vanilla. My son thought he'd try that, not wanting to be rude. It came out and he tried a few mouthfuls but couldn't eat it. As I said it was dry and hard.
The only pleasant experience of the night was they had great coffee. Never dine there again!

Had a business lunch here and I chose this restaurant as it has a good variety of food. We ordered our meals and 20 minutes later I was told they had run out of veal. The waitress left me a menu for me to re-chose. 20 minutes later she came back to get my order. We were served a mixed entree which was OK. The best thing about this was the wedges. Everything else was VERY cooked. We then received our meals. My salmon was so overcooked I had to chew it like a steak.
Someone else ordered chicken and it was the same. The waitress come to us 20 minutes after we had completed our meals and apologised for the rush as "everyone wanted to be seated and everyone wanted their orders and drinks taken at the same time". Obviously, the problem isn't that, the problem is no staff! Needless to say, won't be dining here again!
