Went there for the ribs after recommendation from SMH Good Living. Loved the service!
Excellent ribs, but only gripe is that it was overly sweet. Well mine was, but my partner's were better. And, unfortunately, when I asked for chili sauce, I go the ubiquitous Italian dried chili flakes in olive oil which is so often hit and miss in terms of heat value. I emptied the little bowl of all the chili and still not hot enough.
Awesome chips on the side and great mixed leaf salad. Will definitely be back for the pizzas and the rest. Hopefully they will have Tabasco sauce in the back to go with the pizzas.

Stopped on the way home to get a burger and saw how busy it was. Thought it must be something special. So I got their chicken burger with fries. Nothing special at all. The buns are nice but too big and the chicken gets lost in the middle. Or the fillet of chicken is too small.
Nothing special about the peri peri sauce and the store bought whole egg mayo. The fries are the "Maccas" variety in size and shape, but were overcooked and dry and crispy. Not really worth all the wait. And not sure why it's such a busy place. Maybe Petersham is struggling for a decent food outlet. Finally, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Grumpy seemingly overworked staff who don't look you in the eyes, smile or say please and thank you.

Excellent food. Couldn't fault the banquet options that we had. Excellent tabouli The belly dancing didn't really live up to expectations as I've seen similar show at $10 Lebanese restaurants around town.
But very hard to justify the prices.

Just stopped by for lunch on a Tuesday and wow! What a magnificent Pad Thai. One of the better ones out there. Nearly as good as Chat Thai. Can't wait to go back.

Half empty on a Friday night which isn't a good start. We went on recommendation that their Kebab is very good. We ordered various combinations ($30 for 3 skewers of lamb fillet, mince and chicken pieces) with excellent fluffy Persian rice. Have to admit it is one of the better Kebabs in Sydney. Big portions, juicy and well cooked. The only slight fault is that the lamb fillet was not cooked long enough as it wasn't caramelised on the outside. But otherwise very good. As with all Persian restaurants, most of us Persians say stay away from the stews and curry type dishes as they are often bland and overcooked or stale.

Went there for my birthday and also to propose to my fiance. Great service and magnificent location. The food was pricey. My steak was just lukewarm to the touch and rare at the first slice even though I requested medium. The thick-cut fries were, unfortunately, raw in the middle and I should have sent them back instead of just leaving them uneaten.
Disappointing mains, however, the absolute highlight was the dessert, crème brulee with meringue, strawberrys and green pistachios. That has to be one my all time favourite desserts! The crème brulee was still burning on top when they brought it to our table. Very dramatic and delectable.
Great place to go for a special occasion, but make sure they cook your chips right.

Bloody delicious! Or as Thai/Isan/Lao say Aloy dee mak mak! Super hot if you ask for it but they also do medium and mild. The strange thing is, you don't really see the chilli anywhere. Wonder how they make it so hot. Probably squeeze the juice out of their chillis and use that to spice it up. Been there 3 times in the last week and only had the salads so far.
Takes me back to my off the beat and track backpacking earlier this century. Can't wait to go back for more hot chilli punishment!

Went on a Friday night and the staff were very friendly and easy on the eye. Great start. The restaurant area is surrounded on 2 sides by the outdoor area so wafts of cigarette smoke blow in when someone opens the doors.
The food was average to say the least. We asked for grilled fish instead of deep fried fish and they said ok only to have pan fried fish covered in an oily flour coating...
Friend had the spinach salad with a very very strange drizzling of red coloured dressing which looked like tomato sauce but without any flavour. And there wasn't much quantity to offset the lack of quality.
Overall an average meal helped only with great staff and service.

Excellent little lunch time place to remind me of my travels through Laos...
My favourite is the Larp Gai (minced chicken salad with sticky rice and fresh herbs), simply delicious. Shame it's so far out of town.
