I agree with those mentioning how "Melbourne" this place is: totally cool! Grungy, eclectic, funky and just a really great place to have a few drinks, a bite to eat and feel like you're somewhere other than a typical Sydney venue. The staff were really friendly and the place was filled with young, cool, unpretentious people. The pizza was delicious too! I think this is a new favourite.

I can't believe I haven't heard of this place! It is the best Japanese I have tried and their vegan/vegetarian options are wonderful. The staff are some of the friendliest in Sydney and the restaurant is wonderfully clean and peaceful. Delicious food, try the seaweed salad...yum! I will be going back.
