We had a good meal here. The food was above average and the service was as one would exoect from a suburban restaurant, friendly and attentive. The tempura was good as was the sashimi plate. We missed out on Seven lanterns next door which is a lot better but Masa was pretty good. The decor is a little under done. Not a romantic setting but ok for a tasty meal.

My wife and I had lunch with our 2 kids here and cannot believe the quality and value of this place. We had the tastiest wraps ever and even the vanishing salad on the side was fresh and drizzle with a heavenly dressing. The coffee was delicious and the kids meals were also of a high standard. You must come and support this business and keep them around for a long time to come. They also offer cooking classes. we will be attending the family breakfast class for $60 for 4.

I have been here several times now and is a safe place when at Fox studios to eat and drink. It seeks that each time I come away I am little more disappointed. We went today and the wait staff, although quite friendly, do not speak or understand English too well. I had to ask two or three times for water for the table. The restaurant was quite filthy. We elected to eat inside but after being the food scraps on the tables and seats we decided to eat outside. There was food scraps on the floor too which gave a small squelch under my foot. The food is quite good but well over priced. The beer is good and good variety but this place seems to have no real systems in place for the simple things like cleanliness and waiting on tables. We were served by 4 different wait staff and just felt quite disjointed and a feeling of complacency. There are better places for a pork knuckle and a schnitzel but just not at Moore park. $39 for the knuckle $140 for 2 adults and 3 small kids and still charged $1.30 for a credit card fee. We left with a bad taste today.

Greatest Indian restaurant. The curries are delicious and made to your taste for spice. The dishes are generous and full in flavour. If you like a great curry then this is the place for you. Fine service from the staff too made a more than memorable meal. We have now been at least 7 times. Lamb banarasi, mixed entrees, Chennai chicken are a few of my favorites.

We arrived a few minutes early on purpose as the manager told us there was a great bar to have a pre dinner drink. The bar drinks list was a little confusing but intriguing with its library references to the cocktails. I think we had a chapter three and a chapter five which were the finest I have ever had. We were shown to our table and ordered the arancini balls and zucchini flowers. Amazing! The fine young waiter doubling as a more than adequate sommelier recommended a wine which was fabulous. I had the pressed and braised lamb shoulder which was melt in the mouth yum. The food the drinks the service and did I mention the drinks. Wow what a night! We will definitely be back for another visit.

This is world class food in suburban Sylvania. The creme brule was the finest the princess has ever tasted and that is saying something. My entree of tempura prawns was amazing, the eye fillet steak was tender ann cooked to perfection. I had to leave a review as this restaurant ius definately better than the rating it has so far. Kids were getting the gelato served in an eye widening ice dome which I have never seen before. Chris also came out to talk to his customers which is a lovely personal touch. Good job and we'll be back soon.

David really knows how to woo his customers with outstanding personalised service. The food is unbelievable. Do not miss out on the soft shell crab rolls. The rice pot is fantastic. In fact anything on the menu is great and we have tried just about everything. It is our local and what a find. 7 visits or more later and we are still impressed. The desserts are also Amazing. Great job, David. See you soon.

Response from Management:
Indeed you have tried everything on our menu, Alan! AND Thank you (and Steve) for coming to the July 23rd event.

Been to the Hunter several times and due to the mediocre eatability rating we have not dined here. After a friend of ours gave a great review we decided to try and were extremely pleasantly surprised. Definitely worth a visit and worth more than the reviews suggested. The food was fabulous.
