Having tried this restaurant a few months a go and enjoying the pizzas I thought I would try again for dinner. What a disappointment.

Wines were priced from $48.00 plus and these weren't great wines, average price in the bottle shops would have been under $18.00. We grudgingly chose a chardonnay for $32.00 (half bottle!) and ordered a Margherita pizza ($23) as well as warmed olives ($7) and Zucchini flowers($13).

The olives were delicious but it went downhill from there. 3 tiny Zucchini flowers arrived done in tempura batter but with an unpleasant salty flavour on the tips. Oh well we thought, lets see how the pizza goes....No roma tomatoes only 4 cherry tomatoes tossed on the top of a floppy cheese pizza, with a few small basil leaves tossed on the top.

Poor taste and not what we ordered. Complaints meant we didn't pay for the meal but we won't be returning and neither should you!

Does one really expect corn chips with your dips, if so then this is the place to go. Had to go back to the register to get the waitress to take our drinks order, to remind her of our orders, to clear the table, to provide us with the coffee and dessert menu and finally to get the bill. Oh by the way, the food is fine if you are happy with overpriced unadventurous bistro food. Won't be returning.

We just ordered the one dish, a seafood platter for $75 and it was delicious. Loaded with fresh prawns and oysters, beautifully cooked calamari and two pieces of fresh fish plus heaps of rocket and spinach leaves and a small bowl of chips. The service was great and the waitresses were charming. For what it offers, a good simple, casual lunch time dining by the sea experience it was perfect. We'll be back.

Different food to the usual Thai dishes, tasty and fresh but the noise, the lack of any noise absorbing material means the sounds bounce around everywhere and you can't hear anything. Would love to go back but you need to ensure people can talk to each other!

Overpriced, $9.00 for garlic bread! and over-rated. My daughter after a 15 months stint in Italy enquired whether the pasta was made on the premises and the waiter told her no but it was bought every day and is cooked al-dent! Talk about no idea.
Average quality but the view of course was great!

After walking through the rather quaint retail shop that fronts the street we were greeted with a noisy bustling restaurant, unfortunately, the "noisy" was extensive and very difficult to talk other than just below shouting. Meals were very tasty, duck was superb with a soft orange sauce and perfectly crisp skin and others' meals were similarly rated, however, meals were very expensive (mid 30s) and only small portions served. Service was average, had to pour own drinks, no pleasantries, mostly just left alone except for plate clearing. Won't be returning.

Another visit to Milsons confirmed this place as a real wonder. The duck ravioli was full of flavour and the dual lamb dish was so unusual and the best lamb I had tasted. The only issue is the service, yes, pleasant, welcoming and keen to do the right thing but so inexperienced, I think some food training would help and some real knowledge of what happens in the kitchen would be ideal, other than that a great night.

Left the restaurant absolutely starving. How can anyone serve 2 small veal roles on a saucer! (nothing else on the plate) for $27.00 and call it a main course. Yes, it was tasty and full of flavour, as was the pasta dish also ordered but the size of both was a joke. A green salad, thank god I ordered the "large" one ...of rocket and cherry tomato certainly complemented the meal but also served on a tiny bowl and gone in a couple of mouthfuls. Won't be back.

Usually pretty good but the fish and chips left my wife very hungry, two small pieces and a few chips....not good enough.

Just another restaurant in Manly....nothing outstanding, food portions large but tasteless and served with the usual huge pile of chips. Tables were too close together, no real atmosphere. Lots of better places around, I suggest you walk past this place, you won't miss anything.
