As a bar, Helm is great. Fantastic ambience for a casual Sunday, great view and not too cramped in regards to seating.

But when it comes to food service, either do it well or don't bother running anything other than hot-chips and wedges.

Out of the last three visits we have encountered incorrect meals and issues with trying to get the correct dish provided. Delays on service of 1 hour for a dish that should take minimal preperation time (fresh prawns in shells).

The last encounter was enough reason not to try this place again for anything but a quiet beer, shameful really because the location has it all.

Fantastic food, the tasting menu is great and broad in the dishes that were covered.

The matching drinks were nice, especially the female-brewed sake we were lucky to trial on our last visit.

Pre-drinks at the bar before a meal are always great fun, the bartender is always on-hand to create something new to suit tastes.

My only regret is not being able to have enough room left to also indulge in the dessert tasting menu... hopefully next time!

I have been lucky enough to dine at Marque on multiple occassions. Every time we have indulged in the degustation and have left with a grin from ear-to-ear.

Most recently I took my fiancee here to celebrate our engagement that day, the service, matching wines and superb food provided a fitting end to a perfect day.

One item I would like to highlight is always being exposed to a new menu each time we have dined, this always adds to the excitement of what we will encounter next.

Overall it was a disappointing experience. We dined on 15 February, arrived during the breakfast period but was only offered the lunch menu and then when ordering we could not order from that menu, thirty minutes later we were able to place an order. Repeated orders for drinks, on the third attempt the order was again taken and finally received. The food was fantastic which makes the poor service the only reason myself and dining partner would not return despite interest in many of the dishes that were available.
