Revisited on a week night same great food and service, the big difference was the ambience, great as well!

Wonderful food, great service, but let down a bit by being so noisy! Our table had both vegetarian and meat dishes and all walked away raving about the quality of the meal. We would definitely go back but would pick a quiet night.

Al Aseels came highly recommneded and our visit didn't disappoint, food was exceptional, service great, and the value for money outstanding. Do yourself a favour and go to the lebanese sweet shop next door as well, best in Sydney.

Eight of us went for a birthday party, food was excellent, service great, ambience would have been marked down because of the tv but it was playing mexican music so I guess it was Ok, highlight was the owner coming out and singing happy birthday and making the night very special. Definitely will be going back!

In Bowral at a loose end, knew the chef had a great reputation so decided to give Thai Banana Leaf a go. Entrees of vegetarian spring rolls and curry puffs were a great start to the meal. This was the best tofu we have ever eaten, panang curry was superb and the pumpkin stirfry was great. Food was excellent, service very good, and 10 out of 10 for value for money.

First foray into Lakemba and it won't be our last, as vegetarians the vego platter was more than enough for two, the food was brilliant, the service fast, and the value for money outstanding.

25/12/10 We have been back a few times now and each time it just gets better, the food is superb, service attentive, and fantastic value for $.

29/08/10 Booked and went with friends, who have been a number of times before. Great little restaurant, food was great and all in all we enjoyed ourselves.

Great Italian restaurant in Campbelltown, thoroughly enjoyed our meals and finished with some of the best gelato around.

I looked forward to eating here with friends who recommended Patpong. Must say I was disappointed, the food rated about the same as cheap shopping centre meal.

You know how it is, new owners take over an old favourite, leave it for a while before trying so hopefully you get feedback from other people.

Well we bit the bullet and went tonight.

All I can say is the food was brilliant and the service very friendly.

The ambience is far better than before as there seemed to be more space and light music playing which seems to have solved the previous problem of being a great place to dine but very loud and cramped

The new owner Perr and his team have done a remarkable job in a short period of time, congratulations!

In Newtown and our guests didn't like Thai so we scrambled around to find Basil's. Food was excellent and everyone left the table full and content, the vegetarian pizzas are fantastic. We'll be going back soon.
