Lovely location and cosy space with a mixture of couch, table and bench seating. Did get very noisy though. The service was very good. Unfortunately,m the food was terrible.

Overall there was a distinct lack of seasoning. The best thing we tried were the Chefs Choice Croquettes (Mushroom, Leek and Parmesan). On the bland side but still nice. From there nothing else impressed. The dips were flavourless and served with lumps of Turkish Bread instead of Flat Bread as described in the menu. Pork Belly was not cooked/rendered enough so was fatty and tough. The sauce tasteless.

But by far the worst dish was the Chorizo. It was barely poached in a horrible apple/mint watery gravy. I took 2 bites and could not eat anymore. Never had such bad chorizo. It should have been all caramelised, crispy and brown on the outside instead of pale with the skin hanging loosely. We didn't risk ordering dessert based on the standard of the mains. Having been looking forward to going here for ages I was beyond disappointed.

Mixed impressions here. Service was excellent and restaurant was packed on a Friday night. Food was hit and miss. Entrees of Thai Corn Fritters, Grilled Pandan Leaf Chicken and Satay Sticks were really nice. As was the Chicken and Cashew Nuts and Green Curry. The Massaman Beef was bland and thin. Pad Thai was just awful. Our table barely ate any of it. Good value but probably wouldn't return in a hurry.

Stopped in here before the footy. Simple menu of pizzas and share plates but was perfect for what we were after. Very tasty pizzas and good selection of drinks. Was very noisy inside but have to expect that especially when the football is on. Good spot.

I had no problems with service. Very quick to order and serve. Love the big open space and gentle lighting. It has a more upmarket, quiet feel than the other local Thai restaurant. Family friendly and plenty of room for prams. The food was good. Satay and Spring Roll entrees fine.

The Chicken with Cashew Nuts a standout with a lovely smokey flavour. The Massaman Beef was a bit bland and watery for me. Of the 2 restaurants, I think the food is better at the other one but I prefer the ambience of this one.

Had breakfast here on Easter Monday. Place was packed so lucky to get a table. Given how busy they were service was excellent. Very quick to provide menu's, serve drinks and food. I tried the Smashed Avocado on Toast with Fetta. Very nice but could have done with two serves of toast instead of the one piece. At $12.00 I felt it was overpriced. Coffee was fine and my friend's meals all acceptable. Good kids menu and very child friendly. Lot's of people sitting outside with their small dogs in tow.

Located between the suburban and industrial areas of Sunshine North is this little cafe. Specialising in Latin American Food they serve both sweet and savoury items in the small shop. It's nothing special to look at inside but the food is cheap and incredibly good. I tried the Chorizo and Cheese Empanada which had a nice crispy pastry but the filling wasn't great (rubbery cheese and crumbled Chorizo that wasn't brown enough for me). But the Beef Sandwich I had was Amazing!

A bread roll with thin slices of perfectly tender cooked beef, cheese, mayo, tomato, green beans and green chilli. It was so very, very good. For dessert I had the Tres De Leche Pastry Horn. Again really good. Most items were priced between $2-$8 so great value. Certainly worth a special trip even if you don't live in the area.

Didn't quite live up to my expectations. Service was good and our French Waiter was happy to recommend his favourites which we ordered. I had the Beef Daube which was fork tender served with a beautiful mash & veggies. The only issue is I had next to no sauce. With such a generous serving of beef it became very hard to finish. If only they had provided a lot more sauce it would have been an outstanding dish. My friends had the John Dory with Lemon & Capers and Barramundi with Carrot Puree. The Barramundi was excellent but the John Dory (although well cooked) lacked in flavour as the capers did not provide much punch at all. The sides also had issues. Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes with Garlic & Green Pepper sounded wonderful but didn't deliver. The potatoes were not crispy and the green pepper left a burnt taste in your mouth. The Brocillini with Almond Butter could have done with more butter as it was a bit bland. Dessert was lovely with a very large serving of Profiteroles. Could easily be shared between 2. Overall I enjoyed the night but I'm not sure the food is worthy of it's one Chef's Hat.

Grill'd is always full of people so decided to give it a go. I don't get it? Burgers were Ok, Chips Ok but nothing special. Plus they are overpriced. 2 burgers + chips $30 without drinks. Service was quick though.

Went here for brunch with some friends. Really good service and very accommodating with kids. The food was well prepared but nothing really stood out as being 'wow'. I had the Button Popper Breakfast which was a toasted bagel with bacon, poached egg, hollandaise and a tomato onion cucumber salsa.

Unfortunately, the tomato salsa was dressed with a strong vinaigrette which masked the flavours of everything else. It was a shame because the bacon, eggs and hollandaise were perfectly cooked but I couldn't taste them at all because the vinaigrette just overpowered it. Coffee was good.

Had the weekday $15 lunch special. Nice view over the city from the windows. Service was efficient but not friendly. Took a while for the food to come out and place was no where near full, hardly express! I had the Greek Wagu Burger. The beef was far too salty but apart from that it was fine. My friend had the Garlic Prawns and while tasty, the portion size was too small. More like an entree than main.
