We ate at Una's Broadway and let me tell you it was Fantastic. For entree I had the most amazing Camembert cheese deep fried with sweet jam on the side, it's to die for. My main was Veal snchnitzel with finely cut cabbage w/dressing a delightful rosti. The gravy however was a little thick and strong. I had a sweet tasting herbal lemonade which was nice considering I've never had that taste experience before.

Overall great value for money and table service. This is definItely your Bavarian comfort food destination. I didn't drink alcohol tonight but they do have an excellent selection for all tastes (espesh the TALL beer glasses wow!).

We went at 8:30 on a Thursday night and we were treated as if it were a weekend customer. Ps: we loved the cookoo clock - the flying witch with a broomstick is a little scary but funny.

One positive for this place is that people have put some effort into their dress standard. Great place for mingling and networking for business, social etc. Bar staff are fine, all other staff are way too over the top in many ways. Fun vibe amongst the place. However, not worth the stress and effort of not being sure you will get inside. My girlfriend and I have found many other great venues for a great night and it does not include this establishment. Ever again.

That is I had a fantastic 'rare' steak with potato and a few veg, the potato was mashed but the peel was still on the potato then mashed. On the entree, we ordered bruschetta and this was definitely not traditional bruschetta as it has ricotta cheese spread and the bread was cardboard thin as well..hmm and they garnished

The plate with a thick balsamic sauce so I could dab at it with my finger?! The waiters were unprofessional, one waiter we noticed grabbed another waiter's butt and hmm we saw garbage bins for their scraps inside the dining area, the same waiter that did the 'feeling of his colleague said to my girlfriend 'and a Roo for you' which kind of put her off her red kangaroo meat she was about to eat.

The table service was slow, we did not want dessert by then. But again I could have prepared the food at home to this standard and then we could have gone to any number of bars at Cockle Bay for their drinks menu.

We won't be returning because of value for money, unprofessional staff and standards, and the fact you can find steak and wine of that standard in 85% of restaurants big or small!!!

HIGHLY over-rated. This placed charged an arm and a leg. The food that was plated up was no where near as spectacular and the wording on the menu. The staff were over confident which came across as rude, the vibe of the restaurant became uncomfortable and in turn made it unpleasant. The reason I noticed all this was the wait for the food was nearly unbearable between entree and main.

Truffle chicken was okay still it looked as though it was thrown together, and my girlfriends looked as though hers had been sitting for a while then re-heated, coffee and drinks were good, but for over $100?? this place should close their kitchen and become a nightclub it would be more successful.

My Girlfriend and I ate at the restaurant on Saturday night 26th April. At about 7:45 - 8 pm and left at 10:15. We ordered an Italian style pizza which we commented tasted and looked very traditional, like old family style, great but I commented that the pizza seemed a bit soft and sure enough we both became bloated very quickly and felt cramped all night, the marinara spaghetti was beautiful but I could not enjoy as my I felt horrible from the pizza and my girlfriends octopus was gorgeous and tasted fantastic as well.

The service was horrid, unskilled, however, they were polite. There may have been a party upstairs on. We waited such a long time between drinks, entree and meal, it could have been an awesome experience but we missed out this time. I could have gone to pizza hut and had pizza and pasta for $10 including drinks not $80. (joke).
