The food here is amazing. Tastes amazing + is amazingly presented.

I really appreciate the effort they put in at this place to make the sushi look so good, my last teryaki chicken one had lovely lettuce leaves poking out of it in a very clever way.

Highly recommended for the flavours, service is ok, but sometimes feel like they are 'trying' to be nice to you, rather than genuinely nice, but this could just be because they are busy?

Prices are very very reasonable.

Food - was amazing
Service - one of the guys was nice, one of the guys was just flat rude and one of the guys was ok
Ambience - the decor was quite nice, a modern lebanese feel, the only reason i gave it a 6 is because I am tired of restaurants full of square tables all lined up.

Value - well for some reason they load your tables with bread and olives and other things, but no dip. This is all on the 'entree' menu, and range from $8-$9 - I'm not sure how I feel about this, I guess it protects them from people who just come to a leb restaurant to freddy freeload and eat the dip and bread while their friends pay for full meals, but for some reason it kind of annoyed me. I like the concept, although the dips were delicious I just think they should be a bit cheaper, maybe $4-$6 instead.

Overall I have to say just when I promised myself I wouldn't go to lebanese restaurant again, these guys turned my opinion around, the food really is quite yummy.

The Best Cafe in Sydney!

Ok, I'm really really picky with my cafes, I can find something wrong with almost every place but in all honesty I cannot fault this place. My gf lives in a flat above it and we eat here about 3-4 times a week it is just fabulous.

They have raw sugar, something that really annoys me is cafes that serve coffee but only carry white sugar, stop living in the 90's! They have the sugar on the table, so you don't have to annoy them for more when you have a pot of tea that makes two cups.

They have a Huge menu, so you can find anything you want on there, if you want a salad and your partner wants a steak and his brother wants a thai dish and your mother wants risotto and you are all out together, Goto this place (someone below was whinging about how there were too many choice? you're a weirdo).

Service is lovely and always friendly. Prices are great, there are special on all the time ($9.90 breakfast is amazing). Coffees are always good, never had a bad one yet and I have been getting 3-4 week there for 6 months!

Went in on a thursday, got a zero dollar steak! There was a catch, I had to buy a drink, but with actual proper pints sold and drink prices so good I wasn't really that phased. The sides were a dollar or so each, but by the time I loaded my free steak up with sauce, veges, mash etc it was an absolute mound of food for about $6!

The cheap steaks in sydney can often be the bad cuts of meat, but I found mine to be great, my gf loved hers. On the topic of my gf, she was also happy because she only eats a steak & salad with no sauce, so her total order was $1.50! Great to be able to tailor make your plate.

The only fallback would be that it is an irish pub, the music was loud (but nice and traditional) and there was a bit of beer splashed around the joint, but to be honest this didn't worry me, as I went in knowing it was a traditional irish pub, so I didn't expect candles & cafe del mar.

Staff were absolutely friendly, although the bar was busy I felt they gave me a lot of time to explain how the $0 steak works (apparently you can get schnitzel too, I pulled the flyer off their website). 10/10 for value, you simply cannot get a better bang for buck feed in sydney - kapish!

I was surprised when I came on here to put this review in to see the previous reviews which do not do this place justice at all!

I went for second time last Saturday and found it to be amazing. The food did take a bit long to come out but with such a great atmosphere and friendly staff I barely minded. When it did arrive it was delicious, we had the 'pollo al forno' and it was to die for, well worth the money indeed. I was also impressed to see the authentic Italian menu, not just another Aussie version but the true feel of Sicily.

I tipped the waitress well because she gave great service and I came on here to write this review to give my new regular Italian restaurant a wrap :)
