After buying a Spreets voucher for Chysalis I was told they would not treat me due to my skin colour. I have had IPL done plenty of times without any issues. My voucher was deemed as used.

I had purchased another voucher and gave that one to my friend. They called her two hours before her appointment saying that the IPL machine was broken. This was a lie because another friend of ours had an IPL treatment the same day! When my friend finally got an appointment, they told her that her skin wasn't suitable, and said her voucher had been used.

She has ideal skin for IPL and has has treatments done before. Do not go here. They are deceitful and dishonest. You will realise this when you come face to face with the owner.
