Splash is one of my favourite restaurants. Again I cannot believe the negative reviews! I have not yet had a bad or even satisfactory experience there they are always wonderful. I even had my 22nd birthday there coz I love it so much.

Food is divine and staff are so friendly like you have known them your whole life.
Yes it is a bit expensive but for a great night out its fair to pay the price. Cocktails are amazing, love their 2 for 1 offer! You have to try their shot called "dirty mermaid" you cannot get it anywhere else it is there creation and it is the best shot I have had in my life, even had my mum shotting them! she loved them!

See you soon we will be back!

Thai Splendid, Miranda

Have been here plenty of times and had yet to disappoint us! Always great service and gorgeous food! I have now converted my partner to thai because of this place as before he would never have eaten thai. His favourite is the pad thai, mine is the peanut satay!

I would have to agree, best sushi train in NSW! I am forever going there and getting takeaway. You just ask for what you want and they will go and get it for you instead of you waiting for it to come around. Very helpful when you are new to sushi like me and don't really know what to look for!

Highly recommend having sushi from here! Chicken and avocado rolls are my favourite!

Chilli Blossom, Caringbah

What a little hidden treasure. Went for dinner with the girls and was packed! chairs a little uncomfortable and very noisy but the food makes up for it! We were very disappointed that only 3 out of the 12 entrees were available as it was a friday night and you would think that they would have ordered enough food for a weekend service.

Once the meals we did order arrived we forgot about the entrees they didn't have because the food was amazing. Everyone loved their meals and staff were so attentive at giving you water, rice and anything else you needed. Service was also very fast and before we knew it we were having such a great time that we realised we were the only ones left in the restaurant, so we decided to leave and let all the staff finally go home! ha ha ha.

Will be back for the delicious food.

I have now been to Rocksalt twice and both times we have had wonderful experiences. The service is always fantastic and the food is lovely. The first time we went we were seated in a cosy lounge corner for the two of us and they made it such a romantic night. We had mains and dessert and both were delicious.

Second time I took my parents and they loved it! Me and mum had a cocktail night, they sure to some good cocktails!! diner was again delicious as was dessert.
Will be going back soon and I highly recommend it. It is a bit pricey but I don't think it is over the top for what you get.

My partner and I have been wanting to go to Aria for a long time so I finally took him there for his birthday. What can I say absolutely stunning! I recommend to anyone who wants to have a fantastic night and pretty much get treated like royalty as this is how we both felt when we went to Aria.

The food was amazing each mouthful was to die for and just didn't want it to end. I thought being such a high class restaurant that it wouldn't fill me up but I was very much mistaken! We both came out feeling very satisfied. One of the highlights of the night was definitely our waiter, she was fantastic. With no prior arrangement after telling her it was my partners birthday she brought out his dessert on a big plate with "Happy birthday mick" written in chocolate on the plate.

The fact that she remembered his name and took the effort to organise that without both our knowledge was just incredible. You can probably tell that I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant, it is our favourite and of course we will be back! Thank you Matt Moran and Aria staff.
