A group of 6 from work have just had lunch there - arancini balls for starters (delicious and crisp with a lovely spicy salsa and we all had a pasta main course. All dishes were really tasty and generous serves, with special mention to the pumpkin ravioli and squid ink spaghetti with scallop dishes. A few of the meals, however, the pasta was undercooked and chalky, though the accompanying sauce was tasty. The waitress (a lovely girl from Liverpool, UK called Jenny) was very helpful and offered to replace the dishes. Service was prompt & friendly and I would return.

The food here is absolutely delicious, it could not be faulted. Everyone loved the Thai tapas entrees plus the lamb shank massaman curry was delectable and melted in your mouth. Other notable stand outs were the Thai beef salad and the barramundi fillet with green mango salad.

The staff were all friendly and helpful too. As we had private function for 20+ in one of the private areas they have there, Jane ensured that we were well looked after, customising the menu to our needs. It isn't the cheapest Thai around but is by far one of the best. Looking forward to going back again soon!

We have just returned (April 2012) to use a Spreets voucher, which I couldn't resist buying since the food there is so good! I was not disappointed - the food was every bit as delicious as I remember and the service was friendly and efficient.

The menu choice was more limited as we had the voucher, however, all choices were fantastic. We had the most delectable prawns with chilli and cashews (the best prawns ever, according to my very fussy partner!), as well as the most delicious panang lamb - divine! The Thai tapas we had for entree were also beautiful. Highly recommended.

Dined in Selah before Christmas - food was fantastic and great value. The lunch deal $45 for 2 courses is fantastic for food of this calibre. Yes, it is noisy, but I went with a group of 14 people (for a business lunch) and not one person complained about the food - they all loved what they had. Additionally, the service (I believe Gabrielle was looking after us) was fantastic, as she was so friendly & helpful.

We have eaten here several times and also had food delivered on a number of occasions and never been disappointed. The place has recently undergone a refurbishment, so the seats are now more comfortable. The menu has also undergone some changes with several additional new (tasty) dishes. The duck on betel leaves for entree is scrumptious.

There is a lot to like here, more variety from the usual tod mun pla and curries, not over the top pricing, friendly service, delicious food (dare I say some of the best in Sydney). Always reliable and everyone I have taken there have also returned as they were similarly impressed, not your run of the mill takeaway.

We held our staff christmas dinner at Aqua this past weekend, and we could not have been happier. Firstly, the staff looked after everyone brilliantly - the were extremely helpful and friendly, with not a bad attitude to be seen. The food was beautiful & served efficiently. All the wines chosen were exquisite. Yes, it is not the cheapest place around, but the surroundings are stunning and you can pay a lot more in other places around Sydney for a lot less. Would thoroughly recommend this place for a large group especially when it includes the semi-private area with fantastic views of Luna Park, the Bridge and the Opera House.

I have visited this place several times over the past couple of years, and agree that service can be hit and miss. When I last visited 2 weeks ago, there was only 2 girls looking after the entire front area (maybe even the rear of the place too?!), a big task, as it's not a small pokey restaurant. The staff are friendly though and the best they could. The food, however, is always good and great value. The restaurant itself looks impressive and appears more expensive than it actually is.

I'm wondering if the good reviews below went to the same place as the experience I've had is completely different. Maybe they have changed chefs/ownership?
A few weeks ago, being new to the area, we picked up some menus from all the local Thai/Indian restaurants and we thought we would try Thai Charm, what a mistake that was! It has to be the worst Thai food not only in Artarmon, but possibly Sydney!

The portions were abysmal for the price, no more than 6 very small bites of chicken were to be found in the chicken panang, which was largely carrots, in a drizzle of sauce. The beef with ginger stir fry we had was much the same, very little meat and not very much else, dreadful value and the taste wasn't great either, so no redeeming qualities. We also ordered the money bags, also the worst we have ever encountered.

I am sorry if this critique is harsh, but I have to be honest here, maybe it will make them realise that there is a lot of competition in the area and they need to be greatly improved to even be in the race.

The pizza here is about the best I've ever had anywhere (including Italy). Great value for money, even the side order of rocket and parmesan salad ($5.50) was a generous portion and tasty! Fast service, not for a lingering meal out but the constant queue for a table says it all.

Fabulous fresh and tasty food served by friendly, helpful staff and no main courses over the price of $15! I can't understand how you can complain at these prices, I know a lot of takeaways that would charge more, outrageous? I think not, as it definitely doesn't cost a fortune to eat here. Great for vegetarians too, even though the meat/chicken dishes are superb, with everything cooked to perfection.
