Food was fresh and tasty, coffee wasn't burnt which is rare in werribee. Service, however, really let's this place down. Chatting amongst the staff appears to be more important than serving the lunchtime rush. Worth a visit but only if you're up for a leisurely meal or have 10 minutes to wait for your coffee.

This place has the best coffee in Werribee hands down! No matter who makes it it is consistently good. The service is always friendly by knowledgeable and competent staff. The food is fresh and well presented. The cakes are to die for. Coffee is the best value you'll find in Werribee and the price of food is on the high side of reasonable but you get what you pay for. It gets a little crowded and noisy during peak times but it's a small price to pay for great food and service. If you want high tea remember to give 24 hours notice as it baked fresh the same day.

Age's Pizza Place, Werribee

We went for a late lunch with our 7yo in tow. We were the only customers in the restaurant. The food was passable, just. The garlic bread was burnt. I mean charcoal burnt. My husbands pizza was basic but we struggled to find any cheese on it and the crust was definitely crispy. My pasta was also well cooked and obviously precooked it was that stodgy. On the up side my sons chips were hot and our drinks were cold. The waitress was polite and friendly, when we saw her. Either the owner or the boss had a couple of mates at the front watching the cricket and we had to go and ask them to stop with the 4 letter swearing, to his credit the guy behind the counter did apologise and seem contrite, but that kind of atmosphere is not acceptable, even if the mates had have been paying customers they should have been asked to tone down the language. There's nothing good enough here to bring us back.

Fresh Chilli Thai Restaurant, Laverton

We tried this much raved about restaurant last night and the food was amazing. The Only thing that was extremely disappointing was the over zealous service. I was still eating my Tom yum entree when the mains were delivered and the table was being cleared and reset while we still looking over the bill.

Other than this the food was the best Thai we have had in this area, the decor was clean and upmarket, air con would have been a bonus but the food is well worth the visit.

We'll definitely be back but won't be pushed out the door next time.

I was really disappointed in my first and probably last visit here. We had a big breakfast and while it looked good and tasted ok it was nothing outstanding. Half of the side of my toast was missing and it was soggy. I like my toast toasted, mine was more like warm bread. The coffee was also disappointing. However, the service was fast, friendly and efficient. Just not sure we got value for money.

Overall a damn fine Thai restaurant! My one criticism... you don't get clean cutlery between each course. The food was lovely and fresh and service was efficient and friendly.
