Ugh! On a saturday night this place is a cross between McDonald's and Wizzy World. The food is ok, service friendly but inconsistent.

I have eaten here, brunch, lunch and dinner, about 10 times since its opening and have ordered many t/a coffees. It has been a very inconsistent experience. Food: I have had some nice brunches and a couple of good dinners with usually pleasant, although slow service. I agree that some of the waitstaff are arrogant, but it's improved over time.
Last time we went for dinner (early friday nite), however, the food was was inedible. The pizzas were soggy and greasy (rocket and parmesan particularly foul) and the tapas we ordered were totally different from the same dish ordered the month before (field mushrooms were lined up in slices and drenched with salad dressing!). Seems whoever is in the kitchen puts their own (horrible) spin on the dish. It was one of the worst meals we had ever not eaten. Even the kids couldn't face the flaccid margherita.
The music is always too loud in the evening considering the clientele, but the staff will turn it down if asked.
Takeaway coffee: I've bought plenty from here and find the place is a victim of its own (undeserved) success. Very mixed, depending on the barista and how busy they are. Ordered 2 large lattes a couple of days ago, waited 10 minutes for them to arrive and received one soy latte and one double shot latte belonging to other customers. What is the point of asking me for my name if they then give me someone else's coffees!? I didn't realise the mistake until I got them home so phoned to complain, got answerphone rather than a person, left a message and guess what? - no one returned my call.
Needless to say, we won't bother with Firefly for food or drinks again. BTW, right now they are heating the inside of the restaurant with those outdoor gas patio heaters which explicitly say 'For Outdoor Use Only'. Not only is this dangerous to clientele and staff, it's Illegal! The place should be closed down. It's an unprofessional disgrace.
